Needed a quick patch job on my tire due to a nail in the driver rear tire. Called to get some information and made a appointment within a hour and was promptly helped once arrived. Fast and good customer service.

The people that work here are absolutely amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could! He is very informative and i would rather support a family owned business rather than somewhere like big o tires. We got 3 new tires today & he ordered the last one that comes in tomorrow! THANK THE LORD ABOVE before rain season really kicks in. He treats you with the upmost respect & treats you like an actual human. I would definitely go back anyday and recommend you to try this place out. He pushed work around to fit us in, and took less than an hour thank you so much! It's hard to find someone that's actually honest and not just trying to push products off onto you but he doesn't try and do any of that.RECOMMEND 10000 PRECENT !

Lucky me I found this place. I went outside to leave on a trip and saw I needed a tire (didn't realize it was as bad as it was) I looked closer and turned out I needed two of them and I needed them now! Called a place a little closer to my home only to be told they wouldn't replace tires on my EV. I went here and met Gerardo who understood that I needed get it done ASAP. Tires went on quick and when he was all done he told me he noticed some recent work that had been done. Nothing that was wrong or anything like that...it was just nice to see that he was looking out and paying attention to the car as a whole! This is a small local shop that does much more than tires. There's a laid back vibe and everyone was friendly.

My car (2009 Nissan Altima 2.5 S) needed a lot of love and Gerardo and his team gave it exactly that. It needed new brakes, rotors, axle shaft , struts, control arm and ball joint assembly & alignment. Hercules Auto had it all done the same day! They even gave me a ride home while they worked on it. They showed me all the parts they replaced when I went to pick it up and explained what was wrong. I obtained 3 quotes from other reputable auto repair places in my surrounding area and they are the best priced. Great customer service as well. They mostly speak Spanish but Gerardo is fluent in English. I would recommend them for your auto repair needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I had a screw embedded into the side of my tire and a message saying low pressure. I called and Gerardo said to bring it right in. I can’t say enough good things about the service and the value. Gerardo was knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up getting new tires. The work was done quickly. and I left knowing that this is now my go to place for anything to do with my car.Services: Tires

I had a fantastic experience at Hercules Auto Repair & Tire Service. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very thoughtful gentleman by the name of Gerardo. I was passing through town after a having to replace my rear tires earlier that morning. As I approached Brentwood my tire pressure light started flashing. After meeting with a client I arrived to this shop and was well taken care of. Gerardo thoughtfully tested each tire and identified the other tire shop that installed my tires was quite careless. They had significantly overfilled my rear tires and almost popped my new set. Gerardo kindly removed the additional pressure free of charge. He had an opportunity to capitalize on my situations but refused to. This shop not only provides exceptional service to their paying customers but also those in crisis.
