Carrie is so knowledgeable with health. I've had sluggish & breathing issues so I wanted help. I joined her health coaching and wow, I started feeling better in less than a month. We started w/the sugar detox & I enrolled in her coaching program. She is thorough knowledgeable and cares about your health. Food in-take is a big factor to our health. She educated me on the food-labels, types of meats, types of diary, etc. I would highly recommend, Carrie for anyone who wants to get healthier. She shop is clean, inviting and a great place to get all your supplements. Thank you, Carrie!

A hidden gem! Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Vast array of products, if they don’t have it they will order it! The best (trusted) CBD & local honey. The new owner Carrie offers different classes in store as well as health coaching. Just a attended a great class on benefits & uses of essential oils. Love this place & supporting local business. This is definitely one of my favorite stores! It's a bit of a commute from where I live but I make the effort since the CBD cream and the inflammation supplements I get are so helpful with my knee pain. Carrie is a wonderful owner and extremely knowledgeable! I will be back time and time again!
