Just can't say enough about how fun this place is! There is something for everyone...bowling, laser tag, video games, pinball machines, food and other arcade games. The establishment is impeccably clean, the employees are friendly, professional and courteous and the bar has amazing bartenders and drinks...the prices are reasonable and it's GREAT FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT..oh, did i mention they have a section for birthday parties and they offer all sorts of packages if you want to enjoy someone's special day! In fact I'm planning on having my twins birthday there .... If you miss this then you have missed out on alot of fun !!!!!!

Bowlero Brentwood is an outstanding place for family fun or a good time with friends. Ray the manager goes out of his way to ensure guests are having a good time and are enjoying their experience. The staff always put customers first. Sebrina works the customer service counter and is always very accommodating and pleasant. Gina is an excellent bar tender, she is very attentive to the customers and makes drinks right every time. Can’t say enough good things about Bowlero Brentwood. I only mentioned a few employees in this review, but all are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Keep up the good work!!!!

Bad first impression. First time at the Bowlero was a Saturday night with my family. The place is clean and well designed. Friendly sales staff, lively crowd. Dinged one star for sticker shock $10 per game + $6 for shoes (that’s $80 just to get on the lane). Dinged another star for an apathetic serving staff. It’s Saturday night, come on people! Snack bar told me to go to the main bar for soda. Main bar had two people sitting, two people waiting and a barkeep that couldn’t be bothered. There’s a hundred people here, get it together folks!

First-time customer. There were some problems with the lanes turning off. Other customers stealing balls. The food was cool. Overall, it was a good experience. I will return.

This is my go to place for Pinball. The staff are very attentive. Justin in the Kitchen makes the best wings in town! Ray Crystal and Jason are always around to help me and the family out!

When I got to the front desk the lady said i only needed my card to check in and at the end just check out and pay. I like the place looks nice and the decoration is good
At the front desk they have a big screen with a promotion that says each game is $10dlls and the third is $6 and also get a $5 arcade card
The menu it is in the lane table I order food and drinks with my phone and the service was good, we got the drinks fast and the pizza in about 20~30 minutes pizza was ok, place was clean and had a good time.
after 3 games my partner and I went to check out and I asked for the $5 arcade card but he said I had to paid in advance in order to get the promotion .
When I got home checked the receipt and on top of that I notice that also didn't get the "$6dlls for the third game"
In the display it doesn't say that you have to pay in advance or any other condition
Why would you advertise a promotion in a big display if you are not going to honor it .

I was just trying to get some quick food but 30+ minutes for some fries is actually crazy unfortunalty i didnt have 30 minutes to wait so i didnt get my food and am short 17$
