If you love your animals, animals do not take them here. Xulian the owner is full of crap. He pretended to care when I brought up the situation as soon as it happened. He even offered me discount the next time we came in, so I scheduled an appointment specifically with him. Soon as I came in through the doors, they were already on defense mode. They acted like what happened to my dog was insignificant. They tried not to speak to me much. They also charge me full price and pretended that Xulian never said he would give me a discount. This place don't care about your animals. I really wanted it to work because they live close by. It's not worth it for what they put my dog through. He hates coming over here and now has anxiety.

My pup Teddy gets the best care here. The team is great at recommending services, especially since this was our first dog needing to be groomed. He always looks fantastic and smells wonderful! I love that you can see most of the shop at drop off. I've witnessed the team interacting with the pets with so much love and kindness, it really makes me feel confident my pup is safe and loved.

My dog loves going there and getting his grooming on . He looks so handsome when he is done. He can't wait to get home and show off. The groomer there is the best, she is friendly and personable or should I say "apoochable" lol!

The ladies here are amazing always take care of my baby! They're efficient and just adore our dog. Very communicative throughout the whole process we recently moved to the area and have now found our permanent groomer! Thank you!

Julian gave my "Maddy Dog" the Best Grooming she's ever had in 7 years. Maddy has even stopped scratching and itching since she's been to "The Pampered Pet Grooming." Need to post a photo.

First grooming for our corgi Bentley, he was due being 16 months old. My wife made the appointment and I paid so I really don't know what we got but he looked good, smelled good and was not traumatized. The two ladies working were very friendly and made sure Bentley's shots were up to date before they would take him. The shop was nice and clean with some little dogs waiting their turn as they looked on from their cages, but again not traumatized. The lady doing the grooming said they would not groom Bentley if he was too stressed out not wanting to make him afraid to return but fortunately that was not the case. Bentley seems happy and ready to take along nap.

I coudn't find a better place in Brentwood to take my dog, very good service and a very nice haircut for my dog, and smells awesome!! very nice enviroment and very friendly staff, thank you Xulian and Daicha!! excellent groomers!!!!

Extremely happy with our Standard Schnauzer's cut by Xavier!! Super clean space, personable groomers, and they loved on our pup, Luna, the moment we walked in. We will be back!!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. There is nothing they could do that would encourage me to trust them with another one of my pets. I literally saw the owner pick up a small Yorkie by the hair and toss it in a cage because the poor "young" thing wasn't behaving on her table. If the second time around your pet does not want go here, trust your baby. I'm sure they have a justified reason!

Horrible customer service. Called to make a grooming appointment for my dog. Haven't been here in a long time and was asked on the phone why I never came back and then he proceeded to ask me where else I've taken my dog for grooming. Don't feel like these questions are necessary when I am trying to just book an appointment. It's difficult to get appointments during Covid for dog grooming in a timely manner and I have to right to try different groomers without having to explain myself. Very disappointed and odd.

11/30/21 - This was our first time at Pampered Pets. I have 2 medium sized labradoodles. I was quoted $85 on the phone and had to wait 4 weeks for our appt. When I dropped them off, they said they were going to charge me $95 as they were a bit long (due to their inability to get us in). Then, they said there would be an additional $15 charge as their coats had tangles (I had just brushed them out prior to dropping them off and brush them weekly). What???!!! Our appt was at noon and I didn't get a call until 5:30pm to pick them up. Both dogs were stressed beyond belief! Plus, once at home, I discovered my male had a 2"X2" razor burn on his private parts! He was in great misery and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I couldn't get him into a vet until Monday. I am at day 6 now and have been applying aloe vera gel and it is healing but he is still miserable. He is barely eating or drinking due to his discomfort. And I have had barely any sleep. This business is a bait and switch pricing business - and they obviously shave the dogs as quickly as possible without caring for the animal's well being. Do not take your dogs to this place. Very bad service, quality and expensive. I would give them a negative star if there was an option. An update - I just called and spoke with the owner, and he said it is not possible that they caused a skin irritation (razor burn) from their grooming. (Yet I saw him using a shaver on a big dog when I dropped off my dogs, so now they lie on top of everything else and even tho the vet confirmed it.). He was very aggressive and challenging on the phone and said 'it is not possible'. What????!!! I said I was going to post a negative review. He said fine, go ahead. What kind of business owner says that and doesn't even apologize? One that doesn't care.....beware!!!!
