Your prices can be more than retail prices! This has happened to me on several occasions and I've heard it from others.

The prices keep going up and up and up. They are so hugely overpriced!!! They seem to think they are a retailer and not a thrift store.

This review is not about the employees. The employees are really great people. But the items are extremely overpriced 2x times as much or even sometimes as much as 3x times more money than retail or even Ebay. The clothing is the only thing reasonably priced at times.

It used to be a nice store with different collectible things at a good price. Not any more. Prices are high even for the things you can buy at a dollar store. The shelves are now almost empty, no good dishes, dolls, collectibles etc..Donations are huge every day. Where is the stuff? Bad management? This store was created to help poor people to buy things and clothing at a good price. Now the prices here are higher for old things, You can buy new things at Ross, Target, Walmart etc. at the same or lower prices. SHAME !!!!

I was dropping off some good clean items which I couldn't do at St. Vincent de Paul. This place is much better.

Ooooh the manager Renee has a nasty attitude. Literally ignored me when I tried to ask a question. Finally she realized I wasn’t going to disappear and finally acknowledged me (she was a cashier at the register so I don’t know what her issue was). She was very unkind in the way she spoke to me. This store has different policies than what I was familiar with - that is all I was asking about! Jeez. In front of me she was very nice to another lady (but they seemed to be the same older age and body type so maybe she felt a kinship with her?). I would have just left without buying anything but they priced a $200 purse for $9.99 whoops for them -so tthank you for that and “no worries!”If you have red this far, can I suggest you just hunt for the special items at the GW and head to Ross for your other shopping? Goodwil wanted to charge 9.99 for a worn out damaged shirt. Meanwhile I got a new Champion brand light weight sweatshirt at Ross for 7.99!

This Goodwill has quite a lot of inventory and it's pretty organized. I found a pretty glass tier tray that didn't have a price tag on it and the sales associate went in the back and got a price for me: $9.99, which I thought was pretty good compared to other Goodwills I've recently perused in the Bay Area. Other items seemed to be in line or a bit higher than other thrift stores (SVDP, Salvation Army). 15% off for seniors (55+) on Wednesdays!

The prices here are way too high, I picked up a super cute purse that I later realized was 20$. I was also interested in a few pairs of boots that turned out to be 15$. Prices reflect a consignment store not a thrift store.

My friend and I went to the Goodwill Store on Lone Tree Way in Brentwood Saturday September 9th. Paul, the cashier up front was very courteous and professional and knows customer service. He made my friend and I very happy with his very nice personality. We need more like him.

lots of items however this is by far the most expensive goodwill i’ve ever shopped at. everything on the long sleeve shirt rack was marked at 10$, over half of which was old navy, hanes and random unknowns… they’re receiving free clothes and selling them for over half of the price that they cost to buy a new…

I went in today and its not what it was 2 years ago as far as inventory. Now they have 90 percent mostly clothes! As i was looking..I overheard the manager tell the employee that she wasn't allowed to take items from the back to sell because on that particular item they could make so much more money if they sold it online and that if she sold it at the store, the employees wouldnt make any profit on it. So sounds to me like theyre selling all the better items elsewhere.
