The escrow team forced me to accept the solution to have the funds go to another escrow account, despite clear court order. The team said the court order is directed at First America. Interesting concept. The law says it's not legal to steal and it does not say First America. Therefore, First American can steal. Interesting logic to say the least.

ive never experienced customer service as excellent, professional, communicative, punctual, and friendly as the one i experienced with Anthony at First American. if all customer service communications can be like this, then hairy biz transactions will be easier to muddle thru. i highly recommend First American Title company to assist in real estate buying/selling transactions!!
