The interaction with a manager with attitude. It's the usual thing when I visit a business and a person named John interacts with Muhammad. Well this John decided he wanted to have an altercation with me. First of all I made an appointment. They don't send a text to confirm appointment but rather remove the appointment so an altercation happens . The persons only motive is to say "I won " they treat customers like shit and get away with it because they have someone safeguarding the interactions. My appointment was at 9am. The time now is 2pm . After calling the manager he further threatened me saying " If I was to be getting mad and mind u at this time I was not mad or swearing but rather pissed " he said I could get my car without any service . I then told him I needed to be at work . The manager then stated it would be ready by 3pm. Well the time now is 2pm and the rest of the review will be completed later with the rest of the interaction . I just received a phone call to pick my car. I arrived at location to get my vehicle but the manager was not there . He was at the back which is good because I was not looking for any interaction. I got my vehicle with other recommendations to perform , however they did not mention how the service was or go over any recommendations. This is why this place has a very low rating. Why is the rating low for so many years and yet the district manager does not address the issue or has not bothered to address this issue. And who suffers the consumer.

I have been going there for years and have always received excellent service. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for the services they provide. Hugh shout out to the manager Sherri, who is always personable and helpful.

Jon Costa as great! I came in with a price quote from Costco and he was able to provide a better estimate with a comprobable tire. He was profesional, thorough, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.

Handicapped and needed a tire on my Tesla fixed. Was told to sit in my car (parked at a stall) and they would come get me (before opening). After waiting 30 minutes past opening, finally walked slowly inside and after waiting in line and having to let them know I was before someone else (when technically I was there before they opened) was told it would be 4 hours and I'd have to leave my car. I drive for Uber and needed it fixed immediately. Drove 15 minutes to another shop who had me in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks for nothing.

I had an appointment to rotate and balance my tires. The person who greeted me and later checked my out was friendly and I didn't have to wait long before the service was completed.

Honest folks, they tested my battery & alternator and found no issue with alternator & saved me $$$$. Battery was the issue, 5-years old & replaced. Thanks!

Absolutely refused to tell me the price of a brake replacement. All in an effort to get you in the door so they can try to upsell.

I've made appointments through their website several times, and when I show up they can never find my appointment. Finally they told me that their website appointment option never works and I should call by phone. I ended up making an appointment for 7am, thinking that'll be quick since it's the start of the day. When I dropped off the car they said it would take hours and they couldn't even guarantee it before 12. Which is 5 hours later, and keep in mind I was the first person in the door and with an appointment. I ended up just going to a different shop to get it done. I'm never going back to Firestone.

I originally made an appointment to have my front tires replaced, but the incoming rain made it a necessity to have it done sooner. As a walk-in, I wasn't expecting any availability, but I must have come at a good time because I was checked in right away. Got my quote for tires and labor, got a 1 year warranty (I decided not to get the lifetime warranty), and also an alignment since I haven't done that in a while. All told, I paid about $600. Definitely not what I was expecting, I was anticipating at least a grand. Waited about 2 hours in their lobby area, which isn't bad for a walk-in at all. The staff was polite and helpful and very attentive to everyone who walked the door. Unfortunately, like all businesses, the clientele left much to be desired; I was vastly unimpressed by the trashy, rude, dirty, and ill-mannered people who drifted in, and even less impressed by their filthy, horribly mannered animals they rudely dragged into the lobby with them.

I was serviced by John Costa and Alexander Cole during my appointment, they got me In and and out within a reasonable time even I though I showed up within the last couple hours of business, no issues made sure my car was In good hands I appreciate you guys! I also got a chance to speak with their Maintenance Technician who was working on cars briefly I believe Elvis, great customer service, super knowledgeable and informative. All in all great experience. I would definitely comeback for future maintenance.
