I ship from here several times a week and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The manager, however, has a horrible attitude and is not competent. I’ll get her name next time because this is the 2nd time she’s been unnecessarily rude

Staff is always friendly, but I went in today to send an 11 page FAX to Sacramento- they wanted $27.49 to send the FAX!!!! $27.49 to send a FAX - it would have been cheaper for me to have it sent via FEDEx overnight! I didn’t pay for the FAX or to mail it because they won’t be getting my business .

My laptop was running slow, so I took it to Staples for a tune-up. The tech team quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and offered affordable solutions. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. My laptop was fixed faster than expected and now runs like new. The cost was fair, and the service was excellent. If you need computer repairs or tech support, Staples is a reliable and trustworthy choice!

Store refused to accept a prepaid shipping just kept co ING up with excuses not to except the package. Poor service if the truck can deliver it the store should have to accept it.

Express cutoff is 4:30. I was at the desk after waiting 15 min in line at 4:25 and they wouldn't accept it. Rude and unprofessional on top of it.

Went to print my resume , 5 prints on normal white paper. Tried to send an email to the employee so I could print my resume out and it said it doesn’t work with T-Mobile. I would have to go outside in the middle of the parking lot for it to work . I decide to send a screenshot of my resume to the worker so they could print it out from there. The resume comes out super ugly and choppy then they charged me $3.00 for a “computer fee” then an extra 2 dollars for the prints them self . Not worth it at all never going back.
