Higher than average gas prices! If that's what you consider going the extra mile, I recommend going a few extra more miles! The only advantage this place has is it close to a Little Caesars Pizza, so if you want to have a terrible pizza it's a perfect place to go

This location is the WORST chevron I have ever visited! I will do everything in my power to spread the word using my 300,000 followers! The 12 year old they left to work behind the register has no business being left on his own! He told me cannot refund me my $10 after, once again malfunctions at their car wash! Yet he refunded he guy in front of me in car wash ! He continued helping people,instead of telling the guests as they continued to stream in. Hey, I need to step away or put a sign on door. i suggested he put the sign up then and stop helping new customers to be able to go outside and help us first. We are paid customers in car wash line! He told me he cannot! I asked for my refund He told me cannot! This will be the last time I get gas here gas is extremely high with Costco down the road. You should treat your customers like you want their bussines You cannot rip me off for any amount of money, not even $10. Not allowing your customers to get refunded because there are no supervisor on shift sounds like a complete scam! That you are hoping the customers leave and you pocket the money they are told they cannot be refunded! I will be contacting BBB and your corp office! It's the principle not anything else! You should not hire people that cannot provide your customers with the services they are paying for! I under stand car washes break down! But to not give me my money back after the fact. Complete fraudulent business behavior!

These people are too cheap to fix the credit card machine at the car was, even during covid they make you go inside and pay, then when you say something they say they will check it out, yet they have it disabled for a year now because they're cheap people

I come through this place quite a bit so I was surprised when they sold me an open package of cupcakes that I didn't see they were open then later not letting me exchange them. I usually don't get a receipt but I wasn't trying to score free cupcakes lol

If I could give this chevron 0 stars I would. The young black girl who works here has the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. She got into a full on verbal argument with me screaming at me because she doesn't know how to put gas on a pump, even though she works at a gas station. She's one of the worst cashiers I've had the displeasure of dealing with. She is ghetto rude and plain down right nasty towards paying customers.

WOOOOW. I don't think I've ever encountered a more rude clerk at a gas station. So I'm a smoker. I came in just to buy a pack of cigarettes. I come here all the time for gas, but this day I needed to walk in. This lady--a middle aged African American woman--was definitely not looking to make friends. She asked me for ID (I'm 38 years old) and I threw out my usual dad-joke, removed my hat to reveal my bald a** head and joked "how's this?". Instead of the usual half hearted chuckle and "sorry, they make me run the actual card", I got, "SIR--I NEED TO SEE YOUR ID!" I tried to laugh it off as I reached for my wallet and gave her a "wow you're not in the mood for jokes are you?" And I kid you not she full on repeated herself --this time yelling, "SIR! I NEED RO SEE YOUR ID!" Good lord, lady. By this time she had created a line of five people behind me, all waiting for this bald, tatttooed, wedding ring-sporting middle aged man to try and diffuse a hostile clerk. Needless to say I left with a final "Sorry for being friendly!!!" Because I'm just that petty, and this was totally unnecessary, I'll make a point of literally never buying gas or spending a dime here again. What a rude business

If you are saying this place has great customer service, then clearly you are of a certain race, and it isn't white. Just like the others on here that say it's terrible, unprofessional, rude etc. that's what I get to experience everytime I go in there. Slow, zero courtesy for other people. This place was great until about a year ago. Now it's junk.

I've always preferred Chevron gas stations. But the employees here are extremely unprofessional. Standing there carrying on their conversations and ignoring the fact that there are customers at the counter then dont even say anything to you just grab the product out of your hand to scan. While still continuing their personal conversation dropping N and F bombs left and right. I would never bring my kids inside here.

I don't know what happened to this place, but it has gone way downhill the last 4-6 months. The people who work here now are oblivious to customer service. I literally watched a line, from the back of it where one person was ringing people up and the other was doing inventory behind the counter... at 4pm on a Saturday! Idiots. I have a feeling it's the manager that is hiring these junk people. I'm going to find another place to stop to get gas and the little things I need. I'm not giving them my money way to leave pissed off. If you're the manager, obviously you don't know how to run a business nor do you know the qualities to look for in a person to hire. By the way, it's rude to talk on the phone while you're working and help a customer in case you didn't know.

Terrible customer service. I told the lady 30 on 10 I know for a FACT what I said. She put it on 9, then accused me of saying to put it on 9 bc I was on the phone. So some lady got $20 of my gas and the cashier wouldn't pay for it even tho it was HER SCREW UP. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they need to hire better staff that handle the situation correctly. The manager agreed w/ her even tho she wasn't near me and the lady next to her at the cash register didn't have any input. Smfh. Ignorant people shouldn't work in the customer service world. Go work where you only have to deal with your coworkers. Very bad for business

My go to chevron, works fine for me. Only issue I had was there new card reader required multiple steps just to get gas, they have now simplified. The store seems fine, I rarely go in but looks typical. I use only chevron gas

Great customer service but the pumps are always not working there is a pump number 3 that has been out of order for months!!! Come on now fix it!!! They are robbing us with the gas prices the least they can do is keep their equipment in clean working order.

Here it goes, went in to pay for gas and a car wash using "cash." Simple enough. Cashier had trouble ringing up the car wash, trouble with giving me my correct change, failure to give me a receipt, left to get a beverage while I was awaiting on my change back. Eventually, got the gas, and saw change was due back to me. Went in to the same cashier who gave me some change. Went back to car, looked at the receipt, I was owed back more. Went back in, cashier apologized gave me correct change. Went back to car did some math felt I was still shorted. Tried to calmly talk to cashier and apologize for all the back and forth I was doing, but I value every cent of mine and wanted to make sure I was given my correct change. Cashier instead had the audacity to get pissed with me for asking about MY MONEY. No worries. Contacted manager who's name is Tina and explained what happened. Tina from the start was extremely professional, courteous, and reviewed the footage. I in fact did receive the correct change back (total of 3-4 times) but the cashier couldn't calmly explain that to me who's fault it was from the time I came up to the counter. Sorry, thought the cashier was on drugs trying to steal a few dollars from me and I needed clarification. Chevron is lucky to have a manager such as Tina, she was great and my concerns were addressed. So thank you Tina! You went the extra mile :)

The staff here is always friendly, but they really need to do something about the bums who constantly harass people for money. I had to call the cops on one because the guy was starting to get violent. Customers should not be the ones to be calling the cops when some bum is bugging old ladies for money, THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE DOING THIS. I've had to get visibly angry and yell at a few bums when they wouldn't take no for an answer. And yet this gas station lets them hang out there all day.

I been going here for my morning coffee before work, 5 days a week for 3 years now. The overnight employee Mart is great! Always has the coffee hot and ready by 4am. Of his days off the service is horrible! The management and employee is always changing. Two times a week I'm finding myself being denied a hot cup of coffee that helps me start my day off. This is the only place that is open at this time and is my only source of coffee in the morning. I'm very disappointed with the service at this location the mornings Mart is off.
