I arrived at 1:00 pm for a wheel alignment and oil change. Roger took my keys. He was in the garage and I was in the small waiting room. After an hour and a half or so I went into the garage to use the bathroom--he was completing the oil change. I went back to the waiting room. After 15 minutes or so he came into the waiting room. I assumed it was all completed. He said that the wheel alignment was not done yet because he couldn't get his machine to work. I asked why he didn't tell me. He said he kept trying to get it to work. I paid for the oil change and left without the wheels being aligned
