I took my 2003 Tahoe to this shop. As always, the service is beyond excellent!!! They dug right into the issues and called me when the thorough diagnostic was completed. ? They were honest and forthright with the many issues my car had. I always appreciate that! Unfortunately, the repair would be much, much more than the car is worth! Estimated cost: $14,000!!! I might as well get a new car! They explained my options and I’m thinking about it! Thanks to AD&R, I have all the info on my choices! Love this shop!!!!! Thanks guys!

Im pretty disappointed in the service and diagnosis I received here, I am putting two stars because I am giving them the benefit of doubt that they were unaware of what they were doing. However, on March 1st my truck broke down Ford F150, the water pump broke and it was spewing coolant, I ended up getting my truck towed to these guys being a AAA approved/sponsored service location. Someone did let me in after hours to deliver my truck which is much appreciated and why I also left 2 stars. The next day my truck was assessed (see pictured) It was said that the water pump was broken, they said they did a hydrocarbon test and a CO2 test both failed and said it was about 3,000 and climbing. After they told me that they said they recommend to me to get the head removed for an inspection and most likely rebuild or get a new or used engine and said it'll cost somewhere between $6k-$13k for repairs. They did not state that the only actual issue was the water pump. I told them that the cost would be more than the vehicle and declined service. In the same conversation he follows up with, "hey we have a guy in the shop here that works on cars, he will give you $2k for it, its not much but your truck needs a lot of work". I told him I would think about it and paid for the service and drove my truck back home (Not far, the truck was still drivable). Based off of what these guys told me and the costs/repairs I decided to finance a whole other car. After talking to a few people I got the suspicion that all that needed to be replaced in my truck was the water pump. Last week I take my truck to Bill Brandt next door and tell them the situation. They ask me "They said they did a hydrocarbon test without a functioning water pump? thats literally impossible to test for" and laughed. Well you can see that Bill Brandt took care of the actual issue for $1,200 and I made a big financial decision based off of what these guys told/diagnosed for me. Also the weird suspicion that these guys might of been trying to pull a fast one and buy my truck for dirt cheap after giving me a horrible diagnosis and take advantage of the situation for profit. This is just what I experienced, its really unfortunate this happened and I will give the benefit of the doubt that they weren't aware of what they were doing but that is not okay. If you have a Ford issue I highly recommend just taking it over the Bill Brandt.

Ever since the folks at Auto Diagnostic & Repair have opened up in Brentwood, I have been thrilled with their service. They are always sure to clear every dollar of the repair with you before doing the work. The communication alone will keep me coming back.

Anthony and Tony have been really helpful understanding my vehicle's situation. I was looking around to have a MINI service around my area and brought the vehicle for an AC check and repair check. They further assessed my car with a visual inspection that brought me to my attention with a few other body parts that immediate replacement. Anthony and Tony are great and knowledgeable with European cars and glad to find experts with MINIs that I will be more than happy to service my vehicle regularly here. Highly Recommended!

Took my car in and vocalized my concerns.
Gave extra information regarding the issue. Received a call back 2 and a half hours later asking if i want to pay ~$700 to run tests on my vehicle to diagnose the issues that it's having, which didn't include what I had brought the car in for.
Was mocked on the phone by the "30+ year, 3 make certified master technician" about certain methods I use to troubleshoot issues at home. Seems he is extremely reliant on his code reading scanners to do his job.
Extremely pushy and arrogant. Guy at the front counter was pleasant and polite.
After finally getting home, I happened to notice a brand new one inch deep scratch on my drive door that wasn't there when I dropped it off.
2/5 wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Great service! I regularly get my vehicle maintained at Antioch Toyota and the last time I was there I was given a pretty heavy quote of things that ‘needed to be done’. My husband and I felt like this seemed a bit steep and wanted a second opinion. We brought my vehicle to the Brentwood auto diagnostic and repair shop with the repair list from Antioch Toyota for a second opinion and to get its regular maintenance done. We weren’t surprised to hear that Antioch Toyota definitely was trying to get over on us and do work that didn’t need to be done. Brentwood auto diagnostic and repair shop were incredibly honest and really great to work with! We really really appreciate everything they did. This will definitely be our new shop! Thank you so much, team!! Highly recommend them!!

Got service on my VW TDI engine. I appreciated the thorough vehicle inspection and the provided photo of an oil leak. Service was completed by the time estimated. Conveniently located across the street from Tailgaters restaurant.

Great customer service, they did a great job and was done sooner than anticipated which was amazing! I also got a discount that was a great help! I feel the prices were fair considering the inflation prices. Overall all I had a great experience!
