Stopped in last week when I was in the area. The two ladies at the front desk were friendly and offered help if needed. Store is stocked and clean. Located in a strip mall with lots of parking.

Costumer service is terrible- I had called to ask a question and I talked to Gloria, she was super short and snippy with me. I went into the store and asked for clarification and as I'm asking Gloria was sarcastically laughing and smiling as I was asking for clarification on a policy. Because of the way GLORIA made me feel I will not going back.

The ladies in the store definitely demonstrate unconscious bias. The manager and associates. They didn't carry any ethnic hair products. Paul Mitchell was the only relaxer they had. No professional black products either. No design essentials . They kept positioning themselves to "watch us" I had a wallet and a pomeranian with me. No suspicious bags just suspicious skin...There were associates at the register but the lady with the tablet in the BACK of the store volunteered to ring us up. It was strange because I walked passed her 3 times already. She never said hi....may I help you or anything. She was the manager she asked for my card in a very condescending manner. I opted to give her my number. I'm sure at that point it should have shown I've been practicing cosmo since 1993. Besides that you must be a professional to shop there??♀️. I was not treat like a fellow cosmotologist or client or customer. Antioch is in the hood but they give you customer service before you pay. Unconscious bias is soooooo unfortunate. I won't be back and in salons word spreads like wild fire. It's free to be nice especially while your on the clock. I would give negative starts if it were at all possible.

Why do you need a license to buy shampoo and hair dye???

*licensed professionals only* Customer service has always good when I stop by....they even offer to order products if they don't have it in stock.

Zero mention of needing a license until go to pay. No signage. It is a store front location in a mini mall. Sorry us commoners aren’t up to date on which store can sell to who when it comes to hair dye.
