Poor service and unprofessional. Got to wait a long time to get medicine for your animal. When I went in to get the medicine I did not get any help. They spent a lot of time helping one individual while two others walk out. Going to have to take my dog to another veterinarian for its care, what a waste of time.

Dr. Dhuwan has taken care of our Sheepadoodle boy since he was 8 weeks old. He’s now 2 years and we just added a girl. We love the care and support that we have received from both him and Dr. Singh, not to mention the staff! We look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come!

Iv never taken the time to leave reviews for a vet. Central boulevard veterinary definitely deserves one. Iv never taken my animals here, my old cat wasn’t doing good and I knew it was time and after reading up on what the do I chose them. Im so happy I did. This was not easy it was the first time I had to put one of my animals to sleep but all the staff made what was a hard moment the best it could be. I just received a card with my Gizmos paw print and every staff member wrote something kind in it. I thought that was very sweet. They could have just printed out something but instead took the time to sign it. Thank you ❤️

I have brought my cat and dog here for numerous checkups and emergency appointments. They have been nothing short of attentive in taking care of our pets and never performing more than what's necessary. My senior dog had a tooth extracted this week and her teeth were cleaned for the first time She's 12 years old......& They looked amazing!!! Dr dWyan only extracted one molar that he deemed absolutely necessary. I'm very happy with this Vet and their staff❤️??

I had never been to this vet before, but my primary vet before this had said I needed to get my tabby cat's teeth cleaned with possible extractions. They gave me a low estimate of $1900, which I couldn't afford. I researched into other vets and found Central Blvd Vet! Their dental prices are so transparent and much more affordable. The whole time every staff member I interacted with treated my cat and I as if we had gone there for years- when again, it was only our first visit! Luckily, my cat didn't need any extractions but they were very communicative about if that were to happen. Thank you so much Dr. Singh and to the rest of the staff for your care today.

My experience with this Veterinary was great. I contact veterinary in Brentwood, Antioch Concord and surrounding cities due to an emergency my 1 year old Pomeranian was experiencing. They were the only veterinary that would take my doggie on short notice. This was my first time there and I will never go anywhere else. My dog needs were met and I am so thankful. The staff were outstanding. I felt at home. I recommend everyone to take their pets to Central Boulevard Veterinary Hospital. You will not regret, please come back and thank me later. :)

First of all, they don't answer their phones. Didn't follow up on poor blood work. Paid $1300 to clean my pups teeth and when I took him to another vet, was told he needed hos teeth cleaned.

I needed to bring my dog in for anal expression. I was forced to make an exam appointment because it had been 13 months. Ok! This is how this office functions now. I bring in my guy, and they take him to the back of the office. About 10 min later the technician brings back my dog. She says that the anal glands were expressed, and the EXAM was done. I questioned her about this because customarily a fur parent goes into the exam room with the patient. An exam is a time to talk, look, and discuss. I took my dog home told he was doing fine just needed a teeth cleaning. Then 5 days later I see the whites of his eyes are yellow look like jaundice. I take him to ER Sunday because he is quite ill now. His ears and eyes yellow 5 days after said EXAM! Heavy doses of meds, and home care 7 days later my boy is having seizures. My boy is dying of liver failure. Back to ER and my boy has to go to sleep. So...could having a personal appointment with the doctor in an exam room make a difference? Could I have made sure the doctor really examined my boy? Should I have been present? Yes,Yes , and Yes!!! If you choose to go to this office. Since they demand a supposed exam once a year...you as a fur parent demand that the exam is done in person in a room. Do not allow them to hand you your pet and say it's all done. What kind of rinky dink operation like this? It's a good way to make some easy money I'll tell you that!!! My boy is dead, and this office needs to go back to the normal ways of doing things.

Thank you for squeezing the appointment for Pico when he really needed that day. The person answered our call was very kind, helpful and understanding. When we arrived the hospital, we found everyone were very friendly, professional and detailed. We had a great experience there.

I love how everyone is so kind and sweet to you and your furry animal. They are way better bed sides matter than any other vets. I highly recommend picking them 1st!?

I love the care my pets and I get at Central Boulevard Veterinary Hospital. They did emergency surgery on Toby yesterday and he is so much better. Thanks!

I would truly consider going somewhere else. The place is dirty, very unorganized and the staff lack effective communication both within their establishment and with customers. A couple times I had to go in here I witnessed the staff picking up and immediately hanging up the phones, while telling us we couldn't get through to them on the phone due to "phone issues" the last time I went in they were digging through several disheveled drawers filled with loose prescriptions and medicine bottles. The icing on the cake was finding out today they did not give our dogs the proper rabies vaccines and did not certify any of them. There are many vets out there, please consider taking your fur-babies elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the staff and the availability to bring in my pet on such short notice. They were also very reasonable with their pricing, which I appreciated.
