If you want a shop that’s going to damage your car and then avoid responsibility and refuse to fix it, that’s the place. We brought it back, they told us they were unable to fix it and we had to go to the dealership. We go to the dealership and find out that’s not the case. Now the owner is lying saying the issue existed beforehand. Will be filing with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

From the start, the experience was great. Mark went over the car damages with me and presented me with the quote in a timely manner. During the repair process, he made sure leaving me texts to let me know about the repair's status. Based on my experience, I do recommend their repair services to my friends and colleagues.

I would like to say kudos to Mark Gillem and his team who worked very hard to restore the beauty of my pick-up truck. They deserved to be recognized for an awesome, above and beyond well-done job. I was very happy the day I got to pick up my baby (truck). It’s been a month since then, and I couldn’t be happier that I made the right decision that I went to Casey’s Auto Body shop at Brentwood! Their performance and customer service is amazing and I do highly recommend this body shop. Kudos and thank you very much again Mark Gillem and your team!

Came in with my BMW and worked with Bud, I had gotten into an accident with front end damage. They were concerned about me driving her and told me to get her in ASAP because they cared for my safety. Later found out that she was totaled. I was devastated but Bud and the team showed great compassion for the situation. Although I didn’t get work done, I am 100% positive it would have been perfect. They wished me good luck on getting my new BMW. Truly appreciate them!
