The staff was very thorough and helpful when I called to inquire about boarding. I appreciate that my furbabies are not kenneled all day and that the price is all inclusive. No extra fees for medication, or extra playtime.Camper Cams are great too! I can check in on them while I’m gone. Thanks Camp Bow Wow!

We love being able to see our dog on the camera. We trust the crew who take care of our pups while we’re gone.

The team always acknowledges us by name and always is excited to see our son. The team at Brentwood is fantastic and I feel very comfortable knowing our pets are having fun and are safe while we are at work.

We truly appreciate Camp Bow Wow. We take our dogs there almost weekly for a play day. We also use them for overnight boarding when our house sitter is not available. Going there so frequently, our younger dog recognizes the route. About half way there he gets excited. When we park, it eagerly jumps out of the car and runs to the front door. This leads me to believe he really likes going there too. When we bring them home, they both take naps so we're they obviously have a good time.

As usual that dog loves it there. I think he was disappointed when I picked him up. Great staff and amenities.

They screen all of the dogs and ease them into the supervised indoor playtime with other dogs. I really appreciate this because I am very careful with my furbaby. They also have cameras so I can see him whenever I want and know what he's doing. Great value considering the responsibility they assume to ensure the dogs are safe and well taken care of.

Personable staff that knows our pups (Luna & Star) by name and looks forward to them coming to day camp or overnight stays!! All I have to say is, "Bow Wow" to Luna and Star and they run to the car with their excitement through the roof!! The Brentwood location is super convenient for us, and after two years of sharing our girls with the Brentwood location, we have never been disappointed.

I'm a little disappointed with their interview process. I was told it would take about 40 minutes for the meet n greet part. I felt that they rushed the process introducing other dogs from 1 to a room full of dogs within 5 minutes. It seemed like "forced" meet n greets rather than allowing the dogs to smell and greet each other naturally.

I have been using this location for a little over a year now. My Tori girl loves it and all the staff are absolutely wonderful! I decided to try a different boarding facility closer to home today because Brentwood is an hour away for me and I had a horrible experience with this new place. I called Brentwood and asked if there was any way they could take her for a last minute reservation, Chloe heard it in my voice that I had been crying and was just absolutely wonderful in reassuring me how much they love Tori. I don't care if it's a lot of money in gas and time to drive there, I will make the drive every time because it is worth it!! Thank you Brentwood camp bow wow! You all are amazing!!

Camp Bow Wow is an amazing place to bring your fur baby to. They are so loving and caring and genuinely look forward to seeing your pet. They took me on a tour of the facility and I was impressed with the cleanliness and special areas . I can truthfully say my little Coco is a happy camper when she's there.

This place is dangerous and just not acceptable. I just picked up my dog from his "interview". I chose to watch the cameras from home so I could see what he was up to, hoping he was having fun. What I saw was 25+ dogs in a medium sized concrete room and an attendant barely paying attention. Arms folded only major interaction was cleaning up after the dogs. I witnessed my dog aggressively being humped repeatedly by a large german shepherd. The shepherd was unrelenting and problem had 20-30lbs on my dog. Multiple times the person did nothing. Finally once i called they placed the dogs in separate rooms. I get that dogs do that but it was constant and unsafe. At one point my dog was pinned in a corner and no one saw it. I had to call 4 times before someone actually picked up. They are dangerously understaffed and had far too many dogs, then is safe for that size facility. After an hour of the dogs being separated, they placed my dog back with the German Shepherd, who only continued to jump on top of my dog and hump his repeatedly. This was only hour two and I was livid. I finally went to pick up my dog, there was no one in the front, and I had to go into the back and scream for someone to come out and help. All I could do is watch my dog on the TV being humped in a corner once again pinned to the ground. Every time I talked to them they just said "oh dogs do that". No, you are incorrect. Well trained well behaved dogs do not pin another dog to the ground! There is an interview process for a reason. That German shepherd is clearly dangerous, and does not belong in a dog daycamp with access to other dogs. My dog was wet and smelled of urine and feces when I picked him up. Shame on you Camp Bow Wow. This is a dangerous and filthy place. Although the staff was nice to me I only saw one staff member pet a dog on the cameras. The entire three hours that I watched. If you don't like dogs, you probably shouldn't be working there. Unbelievable treatment of animals. They offered no toys, no interactions, no basic kindness towards animals. My dog drank and entire bowl out water after arriving home. My dog has not been himself since we arrived home and appears slightly traumatized. I am beyond upset.
