Have been using this Vet for over 13 year's now. Always a good experience and don't feel well are being up sold products or services we don't need. (Not like other vets we have gone too)

Brentwood Veterinary Hospital has great staff. The front office personnel are always very helpful. The vet techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have seen Dr. Smith several times recently with my pup. She has is nice and very thorough.

I have been taking my cat here for about 2 years, and I couldn’t think of a better place for him to get care. When I was a kid, my mom brought our dogs here, and she always had great things to say. The ladies at the front desk are always super sweet and they make me feel welcome. The vets and techs are extremely knowledgeable, and they give my cat treats to help him feel less nervous :) I plan to bring him here for the rest of his life. Thank you for taking such good care of my sweet Jack

Everyone is helpful and friendly, when they saw we had a large dog they made sure we had a larger room so he was more comfortable. They go the extra mile, glad we moved to this vet!

clean spacious waiting area, the staff was friendly and I was shown into a exam room that was also very clean.
I was met by the veternarian and her assistant. They examined my dog and informed me to what they were doing and what treatment they were going to provide. So I am very satisfied with how me and both my dog were treated.

The staff was great. The doctor and her team expedited my dog’s injury and were fast and provided an in depth examination. They were as professional as they were kind especially during my difficult time. Thank you for taking care of Marleau and me!

The vet techs and receptionists were so delightful and charming and so helpful addressing my needs. Terrible experience with the actual vet Stacey wright.
Stacey was extremely dismissive, did not check my cats properly and showed not an ounce of kindness to me.
I will not be bringing my cats back to this vet because of the doctor.

The vet knows i have a dog with anxiety and sends a new vet tech to check his heart which then makes my dog more anxious instead of just swabbing his ear first to see if he has an ear infection. The reason we went in. My dog was muzzled for his safety and everyone’s since he only shows anxiety when going to the vet. The vet refused to see my dog unless he was given more sedation than what he was prescribed to take.

This is the best vet we've ever been to. They truly care about our dog, Kobe. It feels like family and not just a corporate machine trying to get money from us. We moved to Walnut Creek and we'll still travel 45 minutes to come here as we wouldn't be able to trust anyone else the same way we trust the doctors and people here.
