The experience with this company is that He made me to believe that it was only about my money. He had my car in his shop for a few weeks and he allowed a situation to occur and without notifying me until after the fact. He took a very long time to get a part for my car, at least that it what he kept telling me when I would ask. When it wasn't hard to get it at all. After getting my car back another company ordered it and it came the next day. I believe that his customer service was far from acceptable. Just be careful of this shop

Kind of hard to do business with an establishment that does not return your phone call. I guess they're picky with who they want to serve. Right off the bat poor Customer Service!

I took my Escalade ESV to Luis wanting to upgrade my exhaust manifold to exhaust headers and add a cold air intake. Luis explained to me that his auto parts source did not sell exhaust headers that are legal in California. I directed Luis to my source that does sell exhaust headers that are legal in California & I told him that I would purchase the exhaust headers & have them shipped to his shop and pay his labor price on installation, In addition to him buying the cold air intake & installing. After Luis talked to my auto parts source learning that they do in fact sell exhaust headers that are legal in California, he wanted to purchase them for the same price that I would have purchased them but he wanted to give them a mark up and sell them to me. Not after I directed you to my source. I do not think so.....

I have been here a few times and have been happy with the work performed. My quiet 2.8 litter Cadillac now sounds like it has a V8 and my gas mileage has increased.

I went there about a month ago to get my car fixed, luis who helped me... took my car in and explained throughly all the steps, and showed me the problem! He was very polite and very professional! I definitely recommend it to anyone and will be going back in the future for any work done on my cars!

Louis was great. My 2021 GMC Denali's exhaust was blowing into my 5th wheel and messing up the trim. I called this place for a solution and Louis took care of it. He replaced some of the tail pipe with a bent one and put a nice chrome tip on it. It was a fair price and now I can fix the trim on my trailer and not have to worry about it anymore.

After much research and recommendations my husband came across Luis Alvarado's site on Yelp and took the truck to his shop. It's really hard to just give 5 stars to Luis. His work is beyond excellent, Luis takes so much pride in his work, his experience and the knowledge is exceptional. His attention to detail shows in his work, very, very clean and perfect. We are extremely happy with what he did for us. So if you need work on your vehicle, Luis is the MAN to go to. We definitely will be back for our future vehicles. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I came into Brentwood pro exhaust today and was greeted by luis he was very friendly and talked with me for about 30 mins straight about all kinds of cars i have 2018 challenger scat pack and he did a great job putting on my borla exhaust i will be recommending this shop 2 anyone who wants exhaust done on their car
