The company operator and owner was rude and hung up on me while I was asking questions. 2 of their movers said they cheat and brake things that the customers don't know about and when they find out the owner of the moving company denies any clams and is rude to the customers

This company does a great job and contrary to the previous reviewer, they do service Brentwood well. They showed up on time and really helped us keep our move on time.

I never write bad reviews but we had a displeasing experience. At first I was optimistic, the people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and accommodating. But the day of the move, we were scheduled for arrival between 9-10am, and were told it would likely be closer to 9am. 10:30am rolls around and no call. I called their office, was given the run around and finally got a call from the actual movers on their way. They hung up on me, twice. They were Russian and I could barely understand them. Then on the third call said they would be there at 11. They didn't arrive until 11:30! My husband and I had already unloaded 1/3 of the truck ourselves. I called the office and said I would not be paying for 4 hours, only 3, and that this was ridiculous. They apologized and said that was fine. When it came time for me to sign their form, I did so and shook his hand, he looked down for a tip, but nope. I always tip well for good service, but this was not it. Had they shown up in the agreed timeframe and been prompt or even apologetic, maybe. Save yourself the grief and give some other company your business.

I had a great experience with them. Alex and his coworker were very helpful and treated my stuff with the utmost care. I'd definitely use them again. The price was also very doable and not outrageous. I highly recommend them.

They don't service the city of Brentwood!!
