The gentleman that was working when I walked in on 10/7/24 was very friendly and helpful and gave me a fair price on buying my old gaming stuff. He said he’s been working there for about 15 years, I forgot his name but he was very honest and fair and I will be back there Friday to have him look at some more of my old gaming stuff. Thank you for your help!

Do NOT get your devices fixed from this store. I brought my iPad in with a cracked corner, was working fine just had the crack. When I got it the next day, NONE of the buttons worked, couldn’t even turn the device off. Couldn’t believe how badly they royally messed it up worse than before. I took it to Apple and the guy at Apple had big eyes even looking at their work on the device. Glue was coming out of the sides. Awful. They refunded me after I picked my device up but it cost me double just to get an entirely new iPad from apple. Horrendous!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but after my experience with this place, I have no choice.
I brought my iPhone 13 in to get the screen fixed because I dropped it and it unfortunately cracked. When I got it back the FIRST time, it had a completely blacked out screen when I turned it on. So I had to take it right back to them and Tim said he missed a wire and had to take it apart to fix that issue. That wasn’t a big deal.
I then get my phone back from them again, I take it home and I lose service. I can’t make any phone calls, can’t use my internet and I can’t text, even on my home WiFi. So I bring it back again and guess what type of response I first get from the manager, Aaron I believe his name is. “oh I can fire Tim if that makes you happy” I said “I don’t want anyone fired I just want my phone fixed after paying over $200.00.” He then offered my fiancé a free video game and said to come back and speak to Tim.
The following day I did that, i walked in and tried to speak to him. Tim acted as if it wasn’t his issue. I then see the manager, Aaron and explain what type of response I’m getting. Aaron then flat out says to me that he wants to end his life over this, his wife leaving him and he admits that this company he works for doesn’t care about customers. Ummm, why would you tell me this, I’m a customer that paid to get my phone fixed and I’m upset that it came back in worse condition than before. Mind you I’m not being rude or yelling, im just explaining the issue to him.
So he threw my 200$ back in my face and said take it somewhere else.
I should have taken it to apple to begin with. Apple told me that these guys replaced my screen with an ANDROID screen and also when apple took my phone apart to fix it the right way, they saw that there were missing parts which is why my phone didn’t want to work after I got it back from the other people.
Long story short, DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! do your self a favor and invest in protection 360 if you have an iPhone.

Just went in today for a small issue with my Son's cellphone. The owner was friendly, attentive, efficient, and fair. My problem was fixed in a few minutes and my Son is happy with his repaired phone. I highly recommend this business and will be a customer for life.

Came here to get my PS5 controller fixed the guy told me he charges 60 dollars to put on a button. That I was better off getting a new controller. Seems like they don't want to work. Pretty disappointing I came in with parts I bought from amazon still couldn't help me.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Me and my boyfriend come here all the time for anything we need. The owner (I'm assuming, it's the one who's always there and always helpful!) is so nice and remembers the regulars which I appreciate too. I'll always come here first for anything gaming I need.

I was given fair value for my pile of games and a GameCube that I traded in over summer. Could I have gotten more elsewhere and on eBay absolutely but this was a convenient and fair place to bring my trade ins. I took the store credit option and walked out with a pile of Switch games in return. They also had some rarer PS1 titles that aren't seen quite often in the wild anymore. Plus a great N64 and SNES selection.

I have been going to this place my whole life and they are the best! Great deals on old and new game, you can sell game and gadgets for money or store credit, and you can get you phones repaired at a good price, as well!?

I have had some good experiences here, but all it takes is one important issue to change my perspective. It’s ok, but they do not train their employees properly. I was told multiple times on two phone calls that they would order and install a specific battery for my older phone. I patiently waited and called back when they told me to and I get told that none of what I was told is going to happen and it was probably their new employee that gave me the incorrect information... you don’t say? So the fact that I talked to different people that all told me the same thing as well as people agreeing in the background just shows the poor training that these employees receive. I always appreciate having my time wasted, especially from places where I have spent hundreds of dollars… shape up
