Great full detail car wash, but the waiting room is NOT comfortable at all. The seating is made of hard metal and very noisy, like they're were coming apart. No A/C, no music, and it smells...

After experiencing some very bad luck on my part, (2 cracked windshields within weeks of each other), meanwhile, being charged $80 each month for the unlimited car washes, the manager tried very hard to accommodate me. I finally got my blue sticker and 3 free car washes. He told me it was probably a good choice to stick with my unlimited membership because the prices were soon to go up. Anyway, this manager did his best to help me. He even placed my new RFID tag on my window for the community I live in. He went beyond the call of duty!

This place is fantastic, plan and simple. I’ve been coming here for years. Usually do regular washes with the occasional full detail.
They always deliver. And if, on the off chance you find something they missed they correct it right away.
All of the staff is super friendly and professional.

It is used to be a great place, price and srvice.....Now days the prices just keep going up and the service is a lack of quality. Unclean windows, dash not wiped, water spots on the paint, forgetting tire wax....and when they are busy, forget the quality completely.

Horribly rude employees . The cleaner was on her cell phone and when I pulled in the lane after pulling out of the car wash. she got irritated with me. Had she been off her cell phone paying attention she could have directed me to the appropriate lane. Instead she threw hands up with attitude. In addition, I paid for a full service and had to clean up and dry off everything they missed. Not worth the jacked up prices. Poor customer service. There is only two cars here getting cleaned. So not busy. look if you don't like your job, then leave and go find somewhere where you might be happy. Life is too short to be miserable at your job.

I payed for a cleaning service and the car still dirty, I had to ask them to vacuum again because it was dirty inside. Also I payed for dashboard cleaning and they didn't a good job in this.
