I was thrilled with the great customer service and Heath's knowledge about my cart. Two other "experts" said i needed new batteries which would cost $1600. Heath picked up my cart and returned it in a few days with the existing batteries recharged and working for $400 which I felt was a bargain. I highly recommend Brentwood Golf Cart!

I had been waiting for weeks for All Cal Golf to replace my batteries, I had purchase my golf cart from them. Still waiting for them to return my calls. I gave up and called Brentwood Golf cart Inc, they came the same day, pick up the cart , replace the batteries overnight, my cart is good to good. They have my business from now on.

Great Customer service! Fantastic Delivery and Pick up with Contactless Delivery. They picked up my Golf carts and repaired them in a timely manner and repaired them in better condition than they were when dropped off

Have you ever entered a shop and it is as if you thought you were in the wrong place. Big Al's is this way. My husband went to get information for a cart and as you walk in the front door - there are these beautiful hand made items - the candles are awesome and you can actually smell them. Wonderfully painted hand made bowls; all hand crafted. Anyway, as my husband got his information and bought a cart - I got a candle and the tour. In the back room there are these wonderfully made items from steel - beautiful sliding doors; hand crafted steel name items. You need to go there to see - it is awesome. Anything that is handcrafted is worth a view. Al is very knowledgeable and the people who work there are very nice. Anything Al has made or his wife is worth any price. It is handcrafted - worth a look. Thank you Everyone for the Tour and the Golf Cart!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!

Great reliable service. Al, the owner has gone out of his way many of times to help me and the company that im currently employed with. I have always gone through Brentwood golf cart services for all my needs, even custom upgrades and user error repairs. I will slway recommend any one who asks to go here. Thank you al again for helping me even when your shop was closed and you were on lunch, thats true customer service.
