Owner or whoever quotes the price will scam you every chance he gets. Don't trust these guys, always ask for a 2nd quote. 90% of the time I bet you'll get a better quote. Scam artist mad because they have to work on cars until they're 70 lol

My Honda CRV battery kept draining and car felt like it was losing significant power especially driving on uphill terrains. Julio and team are great! They were efficient in quickly assessing and changing a new alternator, new car battery, & my Honda has been running great ever since with more lots more noticeable power! Julio is very professional, price was fair, and job done clean and timely as for same day pick up. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!

This shop is owned by two brothers and I have been taking my car there for years. No problem. But this time, the brothers disagreed about working on my import car, costing me time and money to get the car their after waiting three weeks for the appointment. I felt the argument I was given was weak and disingenuous when it was really about two brothers arguing about which work they would take and which work they would turn down. I would have been fine getting a rejection on the front end, but after putting all my energy into waiting and getting the car there, and really being mislead by the older brother, well, not happy. I have spent a lot of money with them over the years. It saddens me that this happened. Moral of the story, the older brother seems to have the final say.

I've been taking my vehicles to Brentwood Auto service for years. This last time a was extremely disappointed. Paid nearly $400.00 was told to drive it. Drove it for a mile and back to the problem took it in for. Drove it back to the shop and Julio told me to take it someplace else. Still didn't offer my money back or discount. Then there's always the outrageous charge up on parts.

I just want to warn people regardless of their personal opinions but from my own with this establishment is that they are scam artists. I had my water pump changed by them some time ago and being that they didn't bleed my cooling system from all the air my hoses exploded while I was on my way to work on the freeway. I then took it back to them and they then somehow found another problem and charged me an additional $400 dollars. I also had a family member recently had their breaks changed from them and again they failed to properly bleed the break line of air which then caused the breaks to not work. They were unable to get the car to stop and they had a car accident because of this. It's obvious they are at fault. The car was taken back but again they found some other issue which took the blame from them and charged my family an additional $2,000 dollars... I would recommend to not use this establishment at all... They need to be investigated on their practices as an auto service technician...

Check engine light code P0128, coolant temperature below thermostat. Oil temperature reading not normal and radiator fan blowing high. Recommend to replace the thermostat and the problem is fixed. Price is very fair and half the dealer would charge. Thanks again!
