The problem with Geno autoshop is the promise time to delivery your car I have 4 times trying to get my car and they make excuse and excuse: 1 just one painter. 2 the door was ready and for accident was scratching. 3 the lock need to be programing 4 the handle was not delivered... I think something in real world can be controlled but four times delayes probably is a plus.

This is the 1st time I am trying Geno's autobody thru Geico my insurance company and so far their customer service is very terrible. They have had my car for 3 weeks now, very terrible communication. They would just not call back and leave you hanging what's going on. I was supposed to get my car back today, I heard nothing from them until 2 days ago that I called many times before being able to speak with the guy in charge, only to tell me my car will not be ready today. Now he promised to call back today to tell me about Monday, yet no call from him till now, I called couple of times, he's not called back. This is so sad and extremely terrible service. I need my car for work on Monday, these guys are extremely unreliable. I will NEVER use them again after this case closes.

I got into a minor accident and my insurance said this was the closest place to us. I wish I took more pictures of the "progress" they did. I went 3 times to check my car and on the final one I gave up and just took my car. The first time I went to pickup up my "finished" car it was a massive joke the paint was horrible and where the reflector is you could still see the damage big time! Second time there was still overspray and some visible cracking still near the reflector. Now on the final time where I gave up there is visible paint drip and overspray. Also my car tracks how you drive with a driving score on each trip that is made. On several occasions they drove my car like crap! You want a score close to 100 they got 11! Unacceptable!

Geno's Auto Body is well deserving of 5 stars. Customer Service at Geno's Brentwood is truly amazing. They are dedicated to providing exceptional service with patience and understanding. I was completely satisfied with the repairs made to my car. A BIG THANK YOU to Geno's Body Shop.

I came here after being backed into and my bumper was scratched and dented once the person admitted fault I was able to drop my car off and get it repaired. My car came back good as new even the little scratches my car had just due to wear and tear in the bumper had been repaired as well! Once I was able to pick up my car the it was washed and vacuumed like new!

Awesome service from start to finish! I got picked up by the car rental at the office after dropping off my 2018 Mercedes Benz and once my car was complete dropped off the rental at there location! The work done was top notch and the customer service was friendly and professional. Heaven forbid I have another accident, but if i do I will be bringing it back here!!!!

I had work done on my vehicle a few months back and I could be happier with the service I received. From dropping my car off to picking it up was so easy and seamless. My car looks like new. I have just dropped off a different car for service because my initial service was so great. The staff in Brentwood remembered me and helped me so much. I will definitely return for any future service.

Brought my car here after it got sideswiped by a drunk driver. The guy's auto insurance contracts with Geno's so they set up the appointment. Everything was so easy! I was able to drop off my car, go through the inspection of my car with the attendant-who did a very thorough job of finding and marking EVERY dent & ding-and get my rental all at Geno's offices in Brentwood! They kept me informed throughout the time they had my car when they had to keep it a bit longer than expected and when I got it back, it was as if it was brand new! The work Geno's did was impeccable--very clean and good quality! Never having had any body work done on a car before, I didn't know what to expect, but everyone at Geno's was very professional & thoughtful. It was a great experience, overall!

It has been almost 3 months since we got our car back from repair. I hate reviews given without knowing the long term performance of the service. I am happy to say that Geno's was excellent and their work held up beautifly. Having Geico Insurance made the wholle process easier than I ever imagined. the adjuster was in the same building, so no delays in getting work order approval or rental car. Enterprise delivered to Geno's and picked up the car when mine was done. They completed the work quickly, and everything has worked fine. Sensors were damaged and body parts needed replacement and painting. The paint looks great, and I don't expect any issues going forward. I will absolutely use Geno's again in the future if needed. I am going to keep my Geico insurance as well.

Very professional, fast, and thorough. I was informed often on the process of my vehicle. Pick up and drop off of my rental vehicle was done on sight so it made things much easier for myself. Overall I would highly recommend Geno's.

Gene Auto body took car of my car and I must say service was awesome. Very friendly, great customer service. There was some confusion on my rental car and a little delay on where to pick up the car but they took care of that right away. They even gave me a generous gift card to Starbucks. I would definitely recommend them and definitely go back. Thank you guys for your time and doing your job great and being awesome ......

I made the appt. for our 2013 Equniox after our insurance, Geico reccommended Geno's. Our car had been keyed and had some unsightly scratches. I needed a rental and we rec'd a 2019 Nissan, which has all the bells and whistles. The repairs took a little longer then I thought, but then I'm not in the repair business. Geno's found a problem with our front passenger window, (the motor was going out) they offered to replace the motor while they had the door apart for just the cost of the part. So all in all my husband and I are very statisfied with Geno's and will return it we have any autobody needs.
