I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. These car salesmen are shady and rude but they try to perceive themselves as honest people.I have been here twice. The first time I came here I had a good experience with Stephen, who continued to keep in touch with me after my visit. I decided to come back because I was serious about making a purchase here. I came back and had a terrible experience with Raul the Sales Manager. We felt that he was very condescending/rude to us based on our age, and he did not take us seriously. We asked him if he was willing to negotiate, but without even hearing our offer, he told us he did not want to sell. I have never heard of anyone in sales, especially a manager, say that they don’t want to make a sale.We did not feel comfortable here and we left. We will not be coming back and we will do business with another dealership that actually treats us with respect.

I've bought multiple cars & trucks from Bill Brandt Ford and had many vehicles serviced here. I recently brought in an F350 for a recall that the dealer I bought the truck from missed. I had a few additional items serviced as well. Service here has always been excellent and fair. I will continue to do business with Bill Brandt Ford.

Quick Lane Service Dept is amazing especially Leticia, she is always so friendly and helpful. I got a flat on Monday dropped my car off Tues they had to order the tire and Leticia was so amazing she had my car back to me first thing Wednesday morning. Thank you for being so good at what you do!

I've always had good service at Bill Brandt Ford and purchased my vehicle there. Most recently there was a recall. I scheduled the appointment and was then extremely pleased to find out that they have a new pick up and delivery service. They literally picked up my car from my driveway, took it to have the service done, and returned it to my driveway the same day. Now that's customer service!

This is the worst place to shop car. Their sales tactic is epitome of snake oil sales man. They lure you in and when they see that you are interested, they take away what they offered.

We are extremely happy to have purchased our first Ford vehicle from Bill Brandt Ford in Brentwood, a Mustang Mach E!!!.Our shopping and buying experience was good. They have good folks who know what they're doing, knowledge in answering questions, did a great job at explaining the details of the vehicle, various options, etc. The salesman, Mike, was great with helping us figure out the vehicle, ensure we were satisfied and also ensured we didn't leave without a deal. He and Jerred made it possible!We did feel a little confused as we were supposed to get the delivery next day, but weren't contacted and Mike was on leave, etc. however when contacted, the office gave us explanation and provided the details of the delay, which were not in their control, agreed promised a new date, which they fulfilled!So yes, a little hiccup, but it all ended wellGreat delivery experience. Again, Jerred and Mike ensured we were told everything about the vehicle. Set us up with the FordPass account, connected the vehicle, etc.So yeah! Go Bill Brandt!!

We bought a 2016 Model X and the experience with the sales was not good at all .They pushed to sell their car without checking their car problems .They bought the car from auction and sold it the next day . Breaks are bad, Car interior was dirty at least they could have spent some time and money to clean the interior . Driver side Door is damaged and when driving we could hear a loud noise from outside driver side of the car. Driver side LCD is damaged with weird liquids coming out of it and Tesla charges 2k to fix it now . the cup holder console along with the glove box won’t open .Called the sales team member David to ask the next day that the car had all these problems and despite not helping he just said he will pass along the feedback and have a nice day . I even asked if they can have the owner to do the transfer of ownership and he said we bought it from auction and won’t be able to help and ended up had to wait 7 days for Tesla to approve me on the app. The last time car was charged in Dublin CA with one day prior to the purchase and it was done on Supercharging station. They did not offered to at least have the car back to them to clean its interior . Advice to management, please stop selling bad cars with people hard earn money . A $40K car is now not even worth 20k with all the problem it has now . Tesla mobile inspector estimated a fix to all these problems at $9800. Train your staff to be honest and don’t push buyers to buy it . No matter how many excuses I made to run away from the sale but he continued to motivate me to buy this car and don’t leave without buying . I asked the Finance person to cut the warranty which was $7,500K and he looked at me like I’m wasting his time by asking him too many questions in cutting prices here and there . He said I kept asking too many question making so many last minute changes . Seriously is this how you are doing business ?

Bill Brandt Ford has been a great dealership for us. They are easy to work with, willing to find the vehicle you are looking for, and service after purchase has been great. I my case, I was very specific about I wanted in my F-150 and the salesman was very helpful in looking for my truck as there was not one like it on the lot at the time. Love my truck.

I had an appointment to fix a recall and have a 100,000mi workup done. I arrived half asleep after a GY shift and was greeted promptly and kindly despite their busy morning. They were patient when answering my questions, offered me a ride if I needed one, and had the work done later that day. The price was fair, the employees helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Had the best experience buying my car from Bill Brandt Ford. The staff are very friendly, no pressure, and made it such a pleasant experience. Steven, our sales consultant was so professional and was able to help us with our purchase, even staying past closing! Kyle, the finance manager also was so helpful explaining all our options, also staying late to complete the transaction. Highly recommend Bill Brandt Ford for all your vehicle needs!

This entire process has been amazing! Steven and Kyle were excellent! We came in with our criteria in what we were looking for and they were super accommodating and we were able to make a deal! I loved that it was no haggling or pressure. We were given our own space and time to speak even to test drive the vehicle. It was a smooth process with no pressure and would recommend them to everyone we know.

Brought my Ford Explorer in last week due to a belt breaking in the engine. The Service Department couldn’t look at it for about a week, which I understood. I kept checking back everyday to see if they can fit it in and they said they could on 8/21/23. I said I needed the car back by Thursday and they said it would be no problem. On 8/22/23 I called to get an update on my car and left a message. I then received an e-mail stating the car won’t be checked until 8/28/23. I called and asked the service rep about the delay and he couldn’t give me an answer. I took my car to another mechanic immediately and it will be fixed by Thursday.Communication is huge for customer service and they definitely lack this. Both my cars have been serviced there in the past but never again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from them. They promised to fix a couple of things in the car, and their "fix" was shockingly appalling! Their "fix" completely ruined my vehicle! I reached out to the Customer Relations Manager Katie Brandt and asked her to please resolve this issue and just make the situation right and not a single manager or representative has reached out to me to try and solve the issue which means they do not car at all. Do not buy from this dealership because they do not follow through on their promises even when it's in the contract.
