Best Buy- You have got to do better. I walked in on 2/26 and purchased a Bosch Dishwasher and Zephyr Range Hood. I knew more about the two appliances from the online research I had done compared to the salesperson. That evening I received an email from Best Buy stating that the range hood is on back order from the manufacturer and is not expected for 5 weeks. Why wasn't I informed of this when I placed an order? Fast forward to today, I have had 2 appointments for the install of the dishwasher and every time the logistics team has gone to the warehouse for the dishwasher it was not available. I have made at least 10 phone calls to customer service to date and finally escalated the call. Got a phone call from a product specialist and she is saying that we can schedule you an appointment for next week. Umm, I'll believe it when I see it: There were no apologies made during the phone call. I cancelled the order for the range hood because I'm fed up with the service. This is a joke. I will not be dealing with Best Buy anymore!

Despite being a well-known electronics retailer, my trip to Best Buy left me feeling underwhelmed. The store's stock was limited, and as I strolled through the store, I noticed that prices of many items were noticeably overpriced compared to online alternatives. Unfortunately, I didn't find the specific cable I was looking for during my visit, which was disappointing. Best Buy may offer convenience for immediate electronics needs, but the limited selection and higher prices make it less appealing for savvy tech shoppers who may find better deals and more options online.

No way to get a hold of store employees. The store employees canceled part of my order with a $0 promotional item instead of ordering the item in. They said they would fix it, it has been 12 days I still do not have my item. There is no one to talk to, the store is 40 minutes away from me. All customer service is done at a call center. Store employees and supervisor did not follow thru on proving me with a resolution, in fact they created the issue because they canceled my item instead of doing work and ordering it in. Incompetent staff.

Been a long time since I bought something at Best buy but it was nice to be able to walk right up to checkout to buy a series x instead of waiting to flag someone down.Was thinking about getting a TV too, but service in that department was non-existent.

This review is solely for LUIS in the MOBILE department. This young gentleman was very helpful when it came to my cracked iPhone privacy screen protector. I paid the extra $$$ to have it life time warranty and was bummed when they don't carry the iPhone 13 privacy screen protector anymore. Then LUIS mentioned about how I can trade my iPhone 13 in and get the iPhone 15 pro where they have the screen protectors for that phone model. He explained to me the process a few times because as a mom of two, my memory is shot. Anyways, I came back the next day after thinking about it and decided to just do it like Nike. LUIS was there to help me again. He helped me set up my new iPhone 15 and gave a few suggestions as well. He saved me a headache. Thank you for your help. He had a lot of knowledge and very friendly. Hope your managers or corporate sees what a great team member you are with providing excellent customer service and care!!!

Why are all the video games gone? It's now blank papers with tiny letters to see what's in stock. Super hard to see what you're looking at.

Haven't needed to visit a Best Buy in years. We lost our whole bag of chargers, somewhere in some airport. Best Buy had us resupplied in no time. One of the employees helped us lick out every piece we needed.I'd give them a better rating, but the checkout line took way too long.

The customer service was very poor. The delivery driver called me and made me pay a extra 60 dollars because he had a flat tire and he never showed up with my package. I will never shop at BEST BUY again.
