I’ve been going here I believe since 2016. I love my repair shop. Never had. I had a single issue. They’ve always been transparent and honest so polite and so very nice. As a single woman, I had hard times finding a reliable honest place to service my BMW’s I found Bermudez I have been with them ever sense …. They really care for their customers and you can tell great hard-working people who really know what they’re doing And not trying to gouge you for your repairs, a wonderful business and so blessed that the area has them !!

Absolutely would recommend taking your car here. I've been going to Bermudez's for almost 10 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Even during a time of being short staffed, Armando prioritized squeezing me in due to some issues my car was experiencing. The price is and has always been very fair. I'm so grateful to have a mechanic that I can trust and that I can consistently rely on. 10/10 recommend this business.

Really nice guy. But charged me $1300 to fix oil leak and the car is still leaking. When I got the car back the radio and AC wasnt working. However it was working when I dropped it off. He wanted to charge me more money to bring the car back. No thank you

I have been coming to Bermudez for 7 + years !! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy mechanic. Bermudez is your guy. Especially, if you drive German. Throughout the years, he has worked on my BMW and parents Mercedes. He Gets the job done every time for a Great value. 10/10.

We've been looking for a reliable, trust-worthy auto mechanic and repair shop for more than a year, since we moved out of Fremont. Fortunate enough, we found this place for our German cars' needs. Mr. Armando's attention to details is exemplary, together with his customer service. His passion for what he does reflects on his work. We brought my old Compressor in for battery replacement and later on for brakes and tires. On the second visit, he noticed a loose covering inside the car that makes noise when the car is in motion, he fixed it without being told, together with a busted light cover on the side. I consider both actions he did are out of the goodness of his heart, for he didn't charge us nor mentioned it to us. I have thanked him for the great service but I feel like I have not thank him enough for the extra work he did. I figured leaving a review here will do. To top it off, he had my car washed prior to be picked up. What an excellent service!! I truly say this is a gem in Brentwood.

Took my vehicle here because of all the good reviews but I’m actually happy I didn’t.. I came here thinking it’d be cheaper then the dealership but unfortunately nope.. he said the engine block was cracked but I know what a cracked engine block is . Had a weird feeling since the way he told me was a bit off so I took it to the dealership and sure enough it was literally only the cam and lifter. This spot is is horrible for trying to mess me over on a good engine and quoted me 8k to put in a new engine. Dirty techniques for a dirty shop.Service: Engine repair

I do not recommend it at all, I took my damaged car, very expensive just to check it, and the truth is I felt that I did not check it and only made a diagnosis by what I saw and felt about the car, he did not even tell me what I had to do or what I had to change, he only gave me a diagnosis sheet of my car and he limited himself to talking to me, that for me is not a good mechanic and at no time did he talk to me about prices, his diplomas that he has to know about mercedez and bmw are only "DECORATIONS", does not show it and less his years, PLEASE do not take your car to Bermudez

I used to bring my car here to get minor fixes and always had to come back because major problems were occurring due to Armando's terrible "mechanics". Recently, I took my car here again so it can get fixed and 3 days later it broke down on me and stopped running. I also had another car I needed to get fixed and Armando left it in terrible condition and there were many things not even placed in the right position!!!!!!!! I spent THOUSANDS of dollars coming to Armando and him and his crew are nothing but scammers!!! Save your money. I'd rather have a broken down car then to ever come back here. One day you guys are going to get sued. Be careful who you f*** over!!
