The manager is extremely rude and very lazy. She does not want to help you and does not seem to know where things are placed. The shopping experience was so unpleasant due to the horrible attitude. More reason to buy online to avoid people like this.

I bought online and went to the store to pick up the items. Let just hope that no one has a problem with their order. The issue occurred because of negligence on their part as well. The order stated that it was ready for pick-up and part of of the order was cancelled because they no longer has the product. The product is available and that is why it was successful checked out online and paid for in the first place. Went into the store to see the products are there and no these are not newly restocked. They look like they are there for a while because they are dusty with sticky bottoms due to heat or not being lifted up from the shelves for a while. I pointed out that the items that was cancelled is in fact is on the shelves. She pretty much gave me the look "So?". The sales girls are friendly though, but management here is horrible. This review is regarding the manager and the assistant manager that were working at the second shift (approximately at 5:30 pm. on Thursday , June 06, 2024 at Sand Creek Road, Brentwood, CA location). Lets just hope no one has a problem and that it does not need to be redirect to the manager because the manager here is just for show and very dismissive. She will tell you to call customer service phone line in the East Coast to solve your order problem when you are already in the store and you know too damn well that she has the power to override it. Well, I was very polite when asking though, but who knows perhaps an aggressive approach might work with people like her. Maybe she is hired for a different kind of management method. The kind of method that dismisses good, loyal customers and let the unreasonables have their ways because fear of violence and humiliation.

Hello District Manager,If I could give a negative ZERO rating I would.I live in Brentwood, Ca. Nearest store to my home is The Streets Of Brentwood. Located 2505 Sand Creek Road, Space H-2.Every time I go into this store to shop for myself, or for my daughter. I always receive an attitude from the dark complexion Supervisor. I ask her various questions about different scents, and hand lotions etc. She avoids customer contact, cops an attitude, and rushes me off. NEVER has she walked with me to help me find a product in the store. I find her standing around not being helpful, and social with customers. In fact, she can care less whether she sells a product or not. Sales is not a priority in this location.On January 24,2024, at 8:05 pm. I went into the store to make a return, and a purchase. Keisa was at the register. She was EXTREMELY rude, argumentative, and condescending. She made the return so difficult, and complicated. Seemed very unnecessary. She continued to argue out loud in the store. She couldn’t do this and couldn’t do that. Even though sales receipt states (100% satisfaction guaranteed). After 45 minutes I left the store so frustrated, and mortified of embarrassment.A lot of stores are closing in Brentwood. Unfortunately, I personally blame the lack of Customer Service in this location.Customer support nor sales is a high priority.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION THEY TAKE FOR EVER AT THE REGISTER.TODAY I HAD IT I LEFT I WAITED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING AND THE GUY AT THE REGISTER TOOK FOR EVER OVER 10 MINUTES TO HELP SOMEONEIN THE MEAN TIME THREE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE ON THE FLOOR JUST STANDING DOING NOTHING.HORRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION ?

I went to the store to get some hand soap since I had a $10 coupon on my app but it's scanning that I had used it already. But I didn't use it yet. I talked to the manager about it and she said that app and paper coupon is the same thing even I have it on my app. I asked if she can honor the coupon since it's on my app and she said NO!
