One of the best barre studios I have been to. All the employees that work there are amazing and are passionate about their classes. Also all the employees truly care about providing wonderful instruction and care about everyone that is a part of the studio. I have had the opportunity to try dance classes, barre classes, and yoga classes and enjoy all of them. I definitely recommend this studio! I definitely saw results from going consistently to the studio.

Since I was now working from home I needed to find a gym that fit my lifestyle and workout preference, and I found BARREbeat! A dance studio that has dance inspired workouts. OMG, I was hooked! I'm excited to be getting closer to my optimal weight. A heartfelt thank you To Kandyce and BARREbeat for being a catalyst in that journey.

I was in town for the week and went on Barre Beat's website to check out their classes. I read each class description and most said "grip socks required" which is fine but the class I wanted to do was "BarreSculpt" which was a slower-paced class/some longer holds and stretching which was exactly what I needed. When I showed up the owner told me about the grip socks and I said no I don't have them because the class doesn't require them. She responds, "All our classes require them. We have them available for purchase." Then proceeds to show me another webpage. I showed her the webpage of the class descriptions. She said, "oh yeah well I guess we need to update that." Umm...well update it then. The owner was nice enough but I am a personal trainer as well as a business owner and you don't handle situations with "oh well, sorry." You work with the client because your end goal is recruiting clients. "Hey, here's a pair of grip socks. Check out our class." Club Pilates in Pleasanton does this because they *want* your business. Since I work in Brentwood I would have been interested in being a regular client of theirs but unfortunately I have no interest. This is just about the *principle of business* and wasting a potential client's time, not about socks.

Love love LOVE this place. 3 classes in and love the coaches and the environment! Clean and doesn't smell like a yoga studio lol. Highly recommend this place especially for lengthening and toning your body! Shouts to Jenna, Carla and Priya!

I can't even begin to describe how much I love this place. I have been MIA from the gym/working out scene for a couple of years. I knew I wanted to try something completely different, step out of my comfort zone, challenge myself in other ways, and focus more on my core. I signed up a month ago. I literally have gone to a class every day, most of the time twice a day. There is such a variety of classes: Barre, Yoga, Dance, Hiit/Bootcamp, and soon Bolly Barre. Also, for all levels: advanced, intermediate, and beginners. The teachers have different styles of teaching, which I love! So your body doesn't get use to same moves. I have met so many people. It really is like a huge family! Something I have never experienced before. Barrebeat has definitely exceeded my expectations.

My workout routine of HIIT has taken over my body and I decided to try BARRE for the first time. I needed the same intensity of a workout, but to trick my body with something different and getting the same results. BARRE BURNS! Let me tell you! Kandyce, the owner of BARRE taught my Saturday class and she is absolutely amazing. She is on tempo, beat and pushes us ladies and gents to our limits. I love how the studio offers Pilates , yoga and some dance workouts! Nice and clean facilities with a cute daycare incorporated while busy moms get there time! The best place I have been coming back for more.

I am so happy and grateful for this barre studio in Brentwood. The fitness instructors are amazing at what they do and promote warm positive energy to all students. I love all the different classes they offer from yoga, dance, and of course all levels of barre classes. I always leave feeling blissful and refreshed. Highly recommended!

I joined BARREbeat a few months ago and I can't say enough about how much I love this studio! They offer a full range of classes, from barre to yoga to pilates to cardio dance....and to others I can't wait to try! You'll feel the burn (and shaking!) on your legs, bottom, arms and core, but will walk out of class feeling stronger, energized and even relaxed (after yoga). This studio is a one stop shop! The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and always encouraging. Support staff are kind and welcoming. It's a great tribe to be a part of!

I am new to Barre-Beat. The feeling of getting a full body workout from the classes that I have attended have left me wanting for more. I'm so pumped about the variety of classes that BARREBeat offers and cannot wait to attend the next class tomorrow morning at 06:00am. I'm also amazed and humbled by the instructors so far because they have such amazing energy and have incredible posture-physically and personally. I'm so glad that I was open minded to trying out a new form of exercise and studio. For the gentlemen reading this and who are planning on trying BARREBeat out, be ready for the challenge.

After years of struggling to get "those last 5 lbs" off, I finally did. Thanks to BARREbeat and the instructors there, I found myself not caring about my weight but about having fun while working out! They have so many different classes from, barre, yoga, to cardio dance! Each instructor has their own personal flare on the class, so you know what to expect but you work different muscles and body parts everyday! I burned 700 calories (per Apple Watch) in just one 60 minute cardio dance class! I couldn't believe it! And the icing on the cake; I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF THAT CLASS! Hands down, best "fusion" studio in Contra Costa..not to mention the studio is beautifully styled and clean! Oh...did I mention they provide childcare?
