The worse BofA staff and branch. Came in for a wire transfer and they had to schedule an appointment for the next day. Take your business elsewhere. Maryam the person there is the absolute worse!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible costumer service experience! They have bankers that don't can't even close or modify you account. They also can't help you do a wire transfer. They want you to call the 800 number which is always busy. Don't waste your time here.
