“I took my 2003 Tahoe to this shop. As always, the service is beyond excellent!!! They dug right into the issues and called me when the thorough diagnostic was completed. ? They were honest and forthright with the many issues my car had. I always appreciate that! Unfortunately, the repair would be much, much more than the car is worth! Estimated cost: $14,000!!! “My 1988 Ford 5-speed manual transmission vehicle was in need of its' shift linkage bushings being replaced. Several local auto repair shops were not interested in this work. Fortunately, I contacted A-1 transmission who could not do an upfront quote for the repair on an old car but took the car in and contacted me after they had a chance to look at it. Replaced the bushings in a day at a good price. I've driven it now for two months, about 1000 miles, shifts into gear like new. Recommend this shop for any work related to transmissions or shifting issues, as in my case. I plan to return again for my CV axle drive shaft replacement, so look for a new review on that experience.”
“I wish I had found this place years ago. Natascha and David are the best, most wholesome, honest and down to earth people you could ever hope for -- as a good friend. Imagine these two as owners of a Tire and repair firm in Brentwood. I came from Livermore to have my new tires put on and David found my brakes were on their last legs (70k miles on the original brakes!). Rather than send me on my way to come back for another appointment, they did them right there and then -- resurfacing the rotors and adding new pads in addition to the new tires. I won't go anywhere else for brakes, tires or repairs as long as I am here. Love them so much!!”

“Came in randomly for an oil change. They took me in immediately. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to sit in my car during the entire process while the staff showed me oil condition and air filter condition. They also help you check your turn signals and break lights. “I brought my truck here for an oil change. I have a 2019 g m c denali duramax Everything went good until I had an oil filter failure. I was stuck on the side of the road. My first call was to these guys. They came out in 15 minutes.they sent Armando and when he got there he did a full oil change in the parking lot, new oil new filter .Turns out they just had a bad batch of filters. They even offered to have me bring my truck down to their place. And they detailed the whole underside of it. 5 out of 5 stars professional. The main manager took care of me and Armando was johnny on the spot. These guys are top notch”

“Great customer service from the second you walk through the door, had a lot of suspension issues with my car that i was none the wiser to know about and after getting it aligned Mario was able to give me a pretty detailed explanation of just how much of a dumpster fire it was ? Gonna have to spend more money getting it fixed but I am glad theyre not the type of people to just "fix it" and tack on 300$. All in all very receptive and can give you bad news without trying to make a selling point on extra services. He actually gave me a recommendation on a first step to solving my car issues.
