“So lovely to have an honest mechanic in your back pocket. Thank you, Alma and staff. Brakes for multiple vehicles can get expensive. I thought I needed brakes because I had just gotten new tires and am at 70K miles on my original brakes. But, they checked them out, said everything looked fine, and I didn't need them yet. They said to come back around my next oil change, or sooner if I felt I needed to have them rechecked, and they will gladly recheck them. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for brakes: 1) because of what I see others have experienced, and most importantly, 2) they were honest from the first meeting.”

“This review is for Wes. We originally went to Walmart since it was nearby where our car was having issue starting. Assuming it was the battery failure since it had to be jump started. We waited at Walmart for 30 minutes - no one came to help. So we drove to Autozone. There, a young gentleman came out with a basic standard battery tester. From experience, you're not supposed to test it with engine on. After one test- he said our battery is still good and that he suggests we check the alternator, but their equipment was not working. Therefore, we had to find somewhere else. So moving forward, we are now at O'REILLY. Jack came out with a more PROFESSIONAL and proper equipment that was able to not just only test the battery but alternator and coils as well. He did several tests and double checked everything with the engine off. Confirmed it was the battery that needed replacing. Wes saved us money and time (had we gone there first) by properly diagnosing the issue. He's very efficient and knowledgeable. Replaced our battery on the spot in less then 10 minutes. Wes finished with a smile and left us as very satisfied customers :)”

“They were very nice and Jorge C did an awesome job. I got my car back quick and it is perfect! I highly recommend this place. I used to go to there competition down the street from them. If you know that area, you know who I’m talking about. It’s sad that they’ve gone so commercialized and the lady that was in there at the front desk was very rude to me and said they cannot get my car in for three weeks. I walked out and went down to Crash Champions and they started on it the same day.It’s my only car so I needed to get It fixed quickly. They were awesome. I highly recommend this place. They took my insurance and they handled everything.”

“They might not have the best code reader to find out if it's ready for a smog test (emission ready kept failing) but hey its free to get your car scanned for codings, but the codes and everything else worked fine and got it all fixed thanks to there staff.. Just passed my smog test - with emission ready saying no.. special thanks to Daisy she needs a raise, make sure to ask for her for help”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! My Daughter got a flat and she has an odd size tire. Called this shop up they had the tire in stock. Drove up they took her tire got a new one on and we drove out! It was the quickest most efficient way I have ever had tire serviced!! 15 minutes at most. I also appreciate they were open on a Sunday. Sucks to get a flat on the side of the road but was so happy with the service they gave us! Thank you so much!”

“I called multiple 24hr tow company's and not one answered. Called Pena Towing 32 minutes prior to them opening and they answered!! I Explained I needed a tow from my house to my mechanics, 7.5 miles distance. Female representative I spoke to informed me it was a flat rate fee $200, now that might sound pricey but other reviews for a few other local companies had $300/350 flat rate fees listed. Representative was polite, took my information quickly yet not rudely, informed me driver would get to my location at 830; and sure enough he showed up on time, a minute early in fact. Driver was friendly and moved with a sense of urgency (which you do not see a lot anymore), loaded/secured my vehicle on the flatbed and was off. No hassle at all with this company; employees were polite, knowledgeable, on time & business is family owned and operated. Need a tow and like supporting local small businesses highly recommend Pena.”
