horrible customer service!!! went in and was told a worker be right with me. someone else not even a minute later walked in and the worker asked them to sign in and I wasn't asked to sign in. seconds after they sign in someone came out of the back helped them right away. Left right after that. You can definitely tell they dont treat their customers the same.

I visited the AT&T Store at the street of Brentwood and Roosevelt who was very professional and kind help show me how to put my yahoo email back into my phone. He is a great representation of customer service in the retail service. I actually port back the AT&T from Xfinity due the their service, and Roosevelt just made my experience better with his excellent customer service.

Great customer service from CJ! A month ago I was looking to see what I could get my family for Christmas. Apparently it was time for an upgrade for my wife and I. There was a sale on watches that CJ explained the difference on the 2 Apple Watches and explained what watches would be suitable for our family members. Since I don’t know much about setting my new phone, CJ was able to walk me through the set up process.

I visited the store on 12/23 and was greeted promptly by CJ. I have a business account with AT&T that includes many lines from phones, iPads and watches. I came in to originally fix an issue with my son’s watch, and ended up upgrading 2 phones, 2 watches and adding 2 iPads. CJ assisted me with my entire transaction. He fixed the watch issue (until there was another glitch on AT&T’s end), explained costs accurately, and set up both phones. I found CJ to be extremely pleasant, personable and professional while navigating all of my needs this day. A true asset to AT@T which you don’t find very often with this company.

Walked in the store and was automatically greeted and was asked how they can help when I visited the store. CJ helped me out with all my questions such as what I’m being charge for on my monthly bill. He was able to fix my son’s iPad when I thought it was completely broken. I didn’t know how to reset the iPad. Overall, great customer service!

Shay, at the Brentwood store made my experience a great one. She was very knowledgeable of the product and navigated me into that which best fitted my need. Great Customer Service at the Brentwood Store! I was immediately greeted when I walked in, which set the tone for my visit. All the reps were busy with customers, but the manager CJ was available to help troubleshoot my disaster from an “authorized” dealer (never again ?). CJ was very personable and knowledgeable on all things ATT. He took his time explaining to me as he solved my problem. He even saved me money on my bill going forward! I will be returning, for all my future ATT purchases.

Was assisted by CJ, great personality, very knowledgeable and awesome customer service. You don’t find many people/workers like that. Lately, you see more for a paycheck which lowers the way your customers see your store. I didn’t get that with CJ. Nice that you hired someone for the customer and not just the job,

Ricky and Jose are the best sales reps in the Brentwood store. I always work with them for all my account needs. Short wait time and they had everything I was looking for. I love my new iPhone 15 pro max!

I originally posted (5) star rating for this AT&T Corporate Store. Unfortunately, I have to retract my rating to a negative 0. Why? A wonderful sales pitch turned into a total nightmare to this day.I originally dealt with Lizbeth (Sales Associate), very nice lady. She in turn requests assistance from both Assistant Managers Jacob, and CJ.I researched previous Google reviews and learned CJ to be consistent with misquoting services to make a sale.I’ve had 3 different AT&T Installers, numerous calls to Technical Support. All Customers Service calls are rerouted overseas no matter what time of the day you call. I experience difficulties communicating due to language barrier. Good luck getting support from this Corporate Store once they seal the deal. In my case (3) different services.CJ continues to insult my intelligence by backtracking our previous conversations. Purposely misquoting my monthly bill, and what we agreed to in writing. I’ve been dealing with no returned calls from Shazz the Store Manager. Whom is responsible for making sure I receive the upmost Customer Service AT@T holds their standards to.in order to retain their customer base. Unfortunately, to this day 1/10/24, that never happened. In fact, Shazz prefers to have CJ be the middle man, and continue to frustrated me to no end. At this point, it’s apparent this Corporate Store can care less whether I take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I’ve wasted over a month with countless text messages, and promised “courtesy credit of $100) that never took place. Not to mention the appointments I made to see Shazz, and later learned he was out sick or left home for the day. He, nor his staff bothers to let me know. Sadly, this ongoing situation has consumed so much of my time. It’s becoming my full time job.I’m in the process of contacting the Executive Office for assistance to resolve this ongoing dispute.My suggestion, visit another retail store that prides themselves in Customer Support.NOT driven on making a commission off of you.

Had a wonderful experience at the streets of Brentwood. CJ was the absolute best, he explained everything, resolved all our complaints and queries and we ended up buying a phone and watch.

WOW, Vee was my assistant today when I went to AT&T store Brentwood CANot to make a difference but WOW! New is a specialEmployee. She took my virus phone apart and reprogramed it in seconds. I brought a new phone. Cause Her restored my hopes in cell phones so now I have one for my business as well. Please keep this employee around to help people like me plus give this one a raise.Thank you , Andrea
