Nicole, Justin, Aiden and Josh all were very professional and courteous but more than that they were helpful and kind. On a difficult moving day nothing beats being helped by kind people who are just pleasant to interact with. Thank you all for being great people, I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Polite front desk staff who work for a company that charges far too much for the minimal services provided.Went to Public Storage and got 4X the space for $40 less per month.Acorn owner/management are way out of touch with reality.

If it were not for one of their employees, a woman named Raven, I would hands down give this place a 5 star rating. When we originally came in to look at units and decided on renting a storage unit, everyone was very helpful and friendly. There were 3 gentlemen helping us that day. Again, all very professional and friendly with myself, spouse, and son! Great experience.However, when we returned to rent a van for the second time, we were approached by a woman named Raven, who was not only extremely unprofessional, but outrageously rude! We walked into the building at 9:29, to which she said in a disrespectful manner, “we don’t open until 9:30! We need to open things up!” I walked in and said to a gentlemen “are you guys open? It’s one minute before 9:30”. His response was very kind and professional and said “you can come in, we’ll help you”. Then, I hear the woman making comments under her breath regarding the time and continued with rude gestures when we were leaving out of the gate with the van; indicating for us to hurry up and go. Not only that, she had a child with her, which is again, unprofessional.Overall, if it weren’t for her and her unprofessionalism, I would rate 5/5. Bad for business and very disappointing. I will be contacting the manager personally.

It was our first time renting a storage, Josh and Justin are very friendly and they make us feel like home. We have a tour first so we can see the place, then Josh explains how works everything and he was very helpful about the information. Great experience, I'm going to recommend with my friends!

I have been with this facility for while now. it's been a pretty good experience and the staff is very friendly. Well I can only speak for Carolyn and Eva as they are the only ones I've dealt with But lately I've only dealt with Carolyn, she's such a sweetheart and makes the experience so much easier. Kudos to Smart stop for having such an amazing person working for them.
