ZRV Auto was amazing! Zora, the owner, showed us the car and answered all of our questions. Spent less than 30 min on paperwork. The car was priced right. He gladly accepted our credit union pre-approval. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever. He was excited to make a sale and i was happy with my purchase. Thank you Zora!

To say our car buying experience was good with Zora would be an understatement. It was fantastic! We traveled a couple hours away to ZRV Auto and we would do it again in a heartbeat. He was nice, fair, honest and accommodating. We purchased the perfect convertible bug for our daughter and we are so grateful for it. We will be returning if and when we are looking to purchase another car. Great experience, highly recommend. As far as some of the low reviews I have read..... I would not let that sway you in giving Zora and ZRV a chance. I am so glad we didn't. All I know is, without going into details.... Zora went above and beyond with our daughter's car in so many ways that I am not going to mention, because I wouldn't want somebody to expects those same things. He made us feel like family to say it the best.

Such an excellent dealership. I just purchased a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse here, and it has been wonderful. When I was leaving the lot, I noticed a starter issue, but Zora was so nice and replaced it for me. Now the car works great! There was no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do, no hidden fees, etc. HIGHLY recommend this place.

ZRV auto was a shock for me. Driving to his car lot al I I thought about was the typical sales pressure and the long wait waiting for the manager's approval. This guy is different, never did I feel any pressure to buy, he truly wanted me to own the car I wanted. I'm a complete stranger to him and he gave me extra time to come up with money that I didn't have. ZRV is a rare breed of businessman that other auto dealers could only imagine to be equal. Highly recommend his auto dealership, so easy from start to finish. I will be back when it's time to again purchase a good used vehicle.

I was very hesitant about checking ZRV Auto out because I had just got scammed from another dealer but boy was I wrong. Zora was amazing to work with and I had explained my situation and he was beyond helpful and in the end I got the car of my dreams and she’s in purple it’s the best thing I could of asked for ? I was super sad and bummed about my other experience but I guess things do happen for a reason. I highly recommend this place because they are super kind and understanding and willing to work with you. Also recommended if you want a Volkswagen Beetle because he has so many !! 10/10 experience ✨

They were so great! The car had low mileage, and is in good condition. There were a couple things we needed to fix, but they were willing to lower the price because of it. All in all a great deal and I love the car so much!!
