They were good in the beginning but it takes them so long to develop my photos…they tell me id get them certain day after waiting almost 3 weeks and i keep having to call to be able to get them :(

I'm sad that I've only been having not so good experiences at this place. It's been my third time coming here to drop off my films and have it digitally developed, and each time I think that maybe my experience will be better. Unfortunately, it has not. I have never gotten my films emailed to me until I call the place but even calling them is a battle because this place never picks up. Three times and I have never gotten my films emailed to me until I have to call and ask for them to be emailed to me. I wish I had a better experience since this place is one of the closer locations where they do film development.

Terrible customer service the last two times I've been here. The guy was rude and hardly answers the phone when Ive called about my pictures before. Disappointing because the previous manager of the store was outstanding. This business is going downhill.

I had the pleasure of visiting World Photo today, and I have to say, it was a truly special experience. As soon as I walked in, I was transported back in time to the golden age of film photography. The store is adorned with vintage cameras, and the air was filled with the scent of developer and fixer. Setrak himself greeted me warmly and offered to show me around his shop. He took the time to explain the different types of film, cameras he has for sale and how passionate he's about developing his prints. It was clear that he is a master of his craft and that he takes great pride in his work. I also had the opportunity to chat with Setrak about his journey as a photographer and his experiences in Kuwait and the United States. He was incredibly generous with his time and his knowledge, and I left feeling inspired and grateful for the opportunity to meet such a passionate and talented artist. Overall, I highly recommend World Photo to anyone who loves the art and craft of photography. Setrak's dedication to preserving the traditions of film photography is truly remarkable, and his shop is a treasure trove of vintage equipment, supplies, and prints. Passport pictures super fair priced and quick service! The owner is a sweetheart and clearly has a passion for photos/cameras and it shows, he made my family feel very comfortable, checked to see if each of us liked how we came out and had it printed in 30 minutes ! Neighborhood gem and loved supporting them !

Had a great experience with the owner of this place. I dropped off my photos on Monday and got a Dropbox link with my photos via email on Friday! The owner also helped me find a camera strap for my point & shoot and charged me a good price for it. Overall really intentional service and I'll be back!
