“I'm back to commend two people who have helped me come back to being a shopper at JCPENNEY. I recently wrote a review on the Santa Ana JCPENNEY store and because if the selection and service I received there, I decided to go to the Brea JCPENNEY store. I went for a pair of shoes. Nothing fancy but just classic old fashion quality shoes. In the shoe department, I very nice young man Juan Orozco was great at helping me find just what I was looking for. It isvhard to go into a shop and be treated with indifference as I have experienced at many "new stlye" store. Not at this store, Juan listened to what I wanted and brought me several styles to choose from . Then he walked me to the payment place. Thanked me and asked me to return. 5 stars for Juan! Next, Julie Lee,at the checkout line, did a great job as well. I'll be back at Penny's to shop for other things I need.”

“This past Sunday, I went into the store initially to return some bras and to go for a bra fitting.I've been postpartum a few years and needed to update my non-maternity bra collection.Well, Elyssia was the person who helped me out with my fitting and introduced me to my favorite bras ever! I've always been a loyal Aerie customer since the start but this experience made me love the brand even more.She was so kind and friendly and at the end of it, I felt so happy because it had been a long time coming for me to update my bras. I don't feel like "just a mom," I feel like myself again.Shoutout to Elyssia again for helping me out! I can't thank you enough for making me feel comfortable in my skin and being so sympathetic and welcoming!All this to say, I highly recommend this store location.”
“When I walked in today they gave me a free bag. Items were buy one get another 50% off which was pretty cool. Was able to go in and easily use my $5 off birthday rewards which I used to buy a random sonic the hedgehog magnet. It's crowded during the holidays!”

“Stitch and feather has my heart! I came in on Sunday night in desperate need of something to wear in a photoshoot the next day for my new job. Katy was so nice and helpful to me, and I could tell she really cared for my needs. She suggested specific pieces she thought would work best for me and they were PERFECT. She even insisted on steaming all my new pieces before I left the store- so thoughtful of Katy. I then got rung up by Megan who was lovely to talk to and very accommodating. Overall, I had the best experience here, and will be coming back! Thanks Katy for styling me!!!”

“Sam is such a cool chic, she always is very attentive and on point when it came to picking up my order...she already knew my full name when I came in to get my order. She cares about her job and her customers which is not very common nowadays especially after COVID. A lot of retail workers are not as genuine and helpful like Sam. She helped me find the best deals and also she even gave me the best life advise!! “I really love this location. They carry plus size which is great for me lol. Their is one girl who works here she's maybe a manager of some sorts has tattoos long hair and really beautiful. But she is so kind! Some times being plus size and shopping at and athletic clothing company can feel intimidating/ uncomfortable but she's so kind and not judgmental Very helpful and educational. A true girls girls and I enjoy every time I go shopping and she's there.”

“Favorite spot for jeans, their collection is good for everyday clothing.They always have some deal going on, good prices. Customer service is great.Just wish if they can replace trial room curtains with hard wooden doors if possible. Sometime people just jump inside the trial room without any hesitation of asking if someone is in there.”
“Fabulous! Came here to shop for a birthday gift for a family member and was having a hard time picking out a size. The associate with blonde hair was able to look him up from his phone number and tell me exactly what size he usually orders since I told her he has an account. She also was incredibly helpful in assisting with an online order and was really patient and sweet. I wish I got her her name but thank you!”

They didn't have my size on the rack, but she was super happy to strip the mannequin for me. She stated, "We want to make sure it's not falling off of you." “The detail your team put into this store is amazing! I loved it! Prices are pretty average but it adds up when we want to buy the whole store lol. The fact you even walk out with all her pictures even on the mech bags, I think it’s beautiful, I love that touch. The chandelier had me wowed! “Wow can't believe it's been so many years since I've been here. I wasn't even planning to stop by cuz I was literally on my way to walk to my car but I just had to stop in for 5 minutes at least. I had my dog with me so it had to be quick. Within those 5 minutes, I found the cutest long sleeve crop top and a cute simple sweater. I am so glad I stopped by and it was close to their closing time too. Such a cute store.”
