“Normally I would never go to a kiosk type place in the mall to have my watch serviced, but all I needed was a couple of links taken out of a new watch. Hosseim was fantastic! While he was taking out the links in my watch I saw one in the case that I really liked. Tried it on and knew it was the better choice than the one I brought it to have shortened. Hosseim included the size adjustment in the cost of the new watch and did not charge me for taking out and then putting back in the links on the watch I brought in to him. I will definitely go back for all my watch needs!”

“Great customer service but they didn't have the size ring I called them to hold for me. I asked for a size 5 and he thought I said 55 which is a size 7 not a size 5. But they checked the other stores and I had to drive to South Coast plaza to get the size I needed and it was the only store that had it in stock and I received some excellent customer service!”
