I do my laundry here regularly and have always found the machines, counters, and floor clean. The bathrooms are occasionally trashed by customers with really bad potty skills. I find the staff to be polite and cheery.

I've been going to this laundromat for years. Today was absolutely terrible. It was filthy! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. There were a lot of machines that were broken. I'll never go back there again.

I really like this laundromat. Prices are not too bad. The staff are very helpful, friendly, patient and personable.

Several BROKEN machines that have no signs on them. 4 dollar machine ate my money last time I went. Another time a washer stopped halfway through a wash and wouldn’t turn on again, had to pull my clothes out of soapy water and rewash. No one on site, ever, to help with issues like this. Not going back— they need to get it together

Newer laundry facility we came in to wash our comforters and bed covers you have to pay extra for hot water byt the location and laundry are new

I have been coming to this laundry mat for many years. I like the fact that they have an option to pay with a card, but lately the machines are auto declining my card and the coin operated ones steal money. There is no way to recoup your money. yes, it's only a few quarters, but if they do this often enough, to enough people, it adds up. the restroom has been out of order for idk how long, yet there was no out of order sign on it. I had to demand the attendant put an out of order sign so that no one continues to waste their money on it. she refused to give my quarters back even though she knew the restroom was out of order. This used to be a good place to wash laundry. I don't know why it's been declining like it has, but something needs to change before they lose all their customers.

I've been to cleaner/nicer places in the hood. The floors near the washers are wet, there's trash everywhere, 1/3 of their dryers don't work. There's no restrooms and no one working. They have 4 TV's that aren't on. Very disappointed considering this laundromat is in Brea.

I've been coming her for years.. they raised the prices, which I understand, but then they turned the HOT WATER OFF ON THE WASHER.Nothing ever works, and they closed the restroom

Washing machines are fine and everything is clean, but the very rude night attendant was just getting out of my car and was outside the laundry room. The last wash was at 8:30 pm, at that time, she was arriving and she wouldn't stop yelling at me after a lady arrived. American-looking and she even crouched down. I think they should improve customer service, send the staff how they should treat the people who are at the entrance and they close at 10 pm, very bad service

They weee very clean and tidy! It was nice that the machines take card or quarters. It was very convenient. If I ever need a laundromat again I will definitely be back!

Arrived at 8:25 p.m. but there was an older lady who was at the door telling us that they are closed. I took out my phone to show her that online it states that they are open until 10 p.m. and she said in a very rude manner that the times are wrong and that she will be closing shortly. Times stated are falsely advertised.

They claim to have hot water they DON'T, I have been seeing mold in the soap dispensers. He has also cut the hours of the lady that cleans, Maybe that's why there's mold because she's not cleaning she's a very nice lady and she is a hard worker
