Horrible and unprofessional customer service for the sales/will call counter! Their employees need to be trained and stop acting like they know it all. They charged me incorrectly and also refunded the incorrect amount. I pointed it out nicely but they kept on arguing and acted like they know everything. Then I asked for a manager but they said that I had to wait until he was back from lunch and didn't want to let me know his return time. I made a big deal, and they ended up calling him and he came by right away. Lack of common sense. The manager was nice, professional and understanding. At least he asked when he didn't know something. No wonder why he is at a higher position than them. Funny thing was that they weren't embarrassed and kept on arguing when they were wrong, especially in front of the manager. Will never buy stuff at Walter's again!

Had a mix up on the job and placed an incorrect order on my behalf, during the entire dilemma, these guys were nothing but helpful, OnPoint and they couldn't have been of more accommodating and helping me find the right solution. Thanks again viliami I owe you big time !!

Horrible customer service by their sales/will-call counter. Very unprofessional staff. Try City Electric Supply stores instead. You won't be disappointed there!

Make Walters great again! This Brea store has been a complete disaster these past few years with this so-called "Branch Manager" MARK GOMEZ. He is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE to customers and the staff. What is going on over there? He sits in his small office thinking he's all high and mighty slandering everyone he knows with LIES, it's probably because he can't even run a store. Other contractors warned me about this place changing but I didn't believe it until I seen it with my own eyes. The employees at his location don't even like him. I don't like him. In fact, I'd rather shop at Home Depot now, so I don't have to deal with his horrific attitude and appalling demeaner not to mention his unprofessional service. NO THANKS!

The guys at the counter are great. But the moment you have to deal w/ anyone from the back office or management it becomes a bit of a nightmare. Can't get a response to save our life which has led to delays on some of our bigger projects. The head of the Brea Walter's even gave me a call and told me a bunch of fluff that he would look into things... absolutely nothing. Prices are high, Service is Terrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They have one lousy purchasing agent who doesn't like vendors to call him! If you call him for the second time to follow up he starts shouting and yelling at callers. Purchasing is his job!!
