Got my oil changed and they did not tell us there was a leak, also did not put our skid plate back on all the way which caused it to drag. Very un professional of them! I definitely will NOT go back again to this location for any car repairs!!

I called to verify that the item I want to purchase is actually in the store & the price because online prices are different. I wasn't sure which dept to ask for so I dialed 0. The man that answered put me on hold twice, the second time saying the item was $9 which I knew had to be incorrect because the price I had was $59. He put me on hold again & just left me there for 20 min. He was also rude when I tried to explain & talk to him. I finally hung up & called back to ask for what I hoped was the dept I wanted & the same man answered, finally transferring me. I let it ring for 7 min with no answer. Not a good experience!

Needed assistance getting a copy of a receipt, so I went to costumer service. They requested a manager waited 20 min before a manager responded back to the lady at costumer service. Horrible costumer service. Saw her talking to employees and laughing. Dark skin manager . Didn’t catch her name
