Had a HORRIBLE experience with these guys. Took in vehicle for repair and came out with another problem which ended up costing me twice as much. Also it came out with dents and scratches.

Had my RAV4 serviced today for oil change, tire rotation, all filters changed, all wipers changed and brakes inspected. Was kept up to date on my service and completed on time. Very reasonable cost. Very happy with their service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I had an incident where a lower level employee came to my place of business to discuss an invoice, and he proceeded to embarrass me in front of all of my coworkers, not to mention the owners of the company. I tried explaining to employee why this was not good for me optically speaking, and we proceeded to have a cursing match with each other right outside my job, which was less than professional to say the least. Since then, this lower level employee has been harassing one of the employees of our company, and has tried hitting her with her vehicle on 08/17/2023. Actually backed his vehicle into her after he had acknowledged that he had seen her. We had to call the local police department. Today on 08/25/2023 he harassed my employee in the parking lot after she told him that he was making her uncomfortable and that further contact with her was going to result in us calling the police (as has already been done), and he proceeded to yell at her "YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO SHIT!! I was going to let this go, and not write a review about my experience, but after today, I cannot in good conscious continue to not share my experience. They really need to get this employee under control, as it is definitely going to cause harm to their business in the long run. *UPDATE* I am updating my review in response to the disappointing answer from my review from the owner... This is my personal experience, and so you cannot say that everyone knows that this is not the attitude of Valley Brothers. I paid good money to get my car fixed there, and to make it seem like the actions of YOUR employee is somehow our problem to resolve is ridiculous. My female coworker did NOTHING to deserve the actions of YOUR employee's hostility who was working ON THE CLOCK and yet there have been more than a few instances (more than the two that I described in the review) where your employee has made her feel uncomfortable. As an owner of Valley Brothers, you should take responsibility for the actions of your employees while they are on the clock. I wasn't slandering anyone, as all of the actions above actually took place, and actual police documentation was taken by Brea PD. To slander is to make false and damaging statements, and everything described above actually took place. Your employee made this a personal matter..... I have not personally made any contact with you or your business since my particular incident took place..... Also, it seemed like a threatening comment to make that my boss wouldn't appreciate being slandered as if we somehow did something wrong and as if we're somehow lying about the incidents that actually took place. When I called you about your employee almost running my coworker over, you took a very apologetic tone and said you would talk to your employee and get him under control..... Additionally, we will be reactivating our security cameras all around the building, so if there are any future instances where your employee is harassing my coworker again, we will have visual and audio proof and we will document any further instances with the Brea PD. I would like to add, that I was not going to write any review whatsoever, and I was going to just let bygones be bygones, but your employee's actions against my coworker are unacceptable. She has not done anything to deserve any of the hostility that she has received. Lastly, I don't appreciate you saying that I'm writing a review simply to get back at you. If this were the case, I would have written this review the day the incident took place between your employee and myself. I also could have written a review the very next day when your employee tried to hit my coworker when he reversed at a high rate of speed into her, and yet I didn't. I didn't at the time, because I know this is an independent shop and I am sympathetic you simply trying to run a business. Don't bring your car here! Horrible place I came in for a Coolant light that was on ended up in $250 worth of debt and still had a coolant light on. Not to mention they didn't tighten the hose to the reservoir so all the coolant came out and my car over heated on the freeway leading me to have to call a tow truck, costing me 300$ on top of the shit Job they did. I asked for a refund and they made me wait for two weeks just to say no. They play women to get money out of them don't bring your car here!

These guys know exactly what they're doing and are incredibly helpful. They make every effort to see that their community of customers is taken care of. These guys are honest and very funny. Helpful in person as well as over the phone. I needed my splash guard replaced or repaired and a mechanic I called before these guys quoted me $250 just for the part, labor was another $30. I called Valley Brothers and they said they could probably replace it for like $30. We ended up zip tying my splash guard and charged me nothing. Plenty of other places would have charged me and probably blown it out of proportion payment wise. My family will never go to another mechanic. These guys are great! They're also pretty funny!

My car that I bought needed its first oil change with me and I wasn't sure where to go since my previous car had come with a deal at the dealership I bought from. Searches around Yelp and saw 5 star reviews, so I was hoping to have the same experience. I called for a quote with a more than reasonable price. Got my car in and out within an hour with the help of Roy. They send text message updates and offer a shuttle service in case you don't have a ride back home while waiting. First time not waiting 2+ hours for an oil and filter change anywhere..! Would highly recommend, and will come back for the next oil change.

I drive around all day for work and have a little one, so when my brakes started to squeak and my wheel well cover fell off I started calling around to see had same day openings to check things out and make sure my brakes were safe to drive with. I called Valley Brothers and explained my situation and they said they had immediate availability and I could bring it over. Everyone was incredibly professional with NO upselling. What I also truly appreciated was the tech walked me through what he found with my brakes and tires and explained what needed to be done now and what could’ve potentially waited but would need to be addressed soon. There was no pressure and we went forward with total brake pad replacement and replacing 2 tires. My car was ready 3 hours later. I had mentally prepared myself to pay quite a bit more than what I actually did as well. Valley brothers has just gotten themselves a new loyal customer. Thank you!Services: Tires
