Staff is always very friendly and helpful ?
This review is about the vinyl section. This store’s selection is just bad and never has variety compared to other locations I have visited. This is also the only location I have seen where they overstock on Taylor Swift and nothing else. Urban Outfitters releases cool vinyl variants for way more artists based on what I’ve seen online, but it’s sad that this location’s stock doesn’t reflect that. If you see your favorite artist has a UO exclusive pressing, you’ll probably not find it because they don’t plan on selling it here. You’re better off going somewhere else in SoCal or just ordering it online.

My only experience with this store was over the phone, but Jennifer at the register was a wonderful sales person! She was ready to help + super patient with me and my questions about inventory. I will exclusively be driving out to this Brea location thanks to their professional and personable customer service.

I absolutely have to repost my review on both Yelp and Google thanks to the best over the phone experience! Although my only experience with this store was over the phone, Jennifer at the register was a wonderful sales person! She was ready to help + super patient with me and my questions about inventory. This location isn't the largest Urban Outfitters I've been before, but they typically have good customers service and they are very good at keeping their store organized. This is definitely a really convenient location and there's ample parking as well. Always a fan of UO! Sometimes I come here to order stuff online in store because shipping is free.

Haven't been here in awhile but thoroughly enjoyed my avocado beet bowl andhubby allso liked the asian chicken noodle salad. Camila was kind and provided great service.Will be back again!

I was looking for a specific item for Mother's Day and teacher appreciation week. I called the Brea Mall location and Cristian helped me locate it , I probably called a few times to ask questions , and every time he answered them with patience and respect! I appreciated that very much! He placed the items on hold for me . When I arrived to the store , I made sure he rung me up , so that I can personally thank him for his assistance!
