Avoid this location at all cause. They don’t know any customer service skills and they charge for everything, even a piece of tape.Just go to the other location in Brea, imperial/Brea Blvd.

Love this store. Everyone is friendly, helpful & hardworking. I hate when people get upset about paying for services etc. Nothing is free, theses stores are franchised so any resources or time they use should be compensated and more then they actually charge. Will always use this store.

I'm surprised they haven't figured out a way to charge you for breathing in their store. Other than breathing, they will charge you for EVERYTHING.... a piece of tape, the use of a pen..even a paperclip. They have a contract for Amazon returns and make good money on this contract, plus people who enter their store to do a return are potential customers. It used to be that the UPS store used their scanner, scanned the info from Amazon return labels and that was it. Last week I went in to drop off a return. The woman at the counter rudely said "You have to print out the label. I can help you with that" Just looking at her I knew she was not the helpful type but the used car salesman type. She tried to get me to email the label from the Amazon app but I stopped her and said "You won't charge me for that right?" She said "Of course I'm charging you. It is a service" She said it would be $2 plus tax. I walked out with my small little return which was an envelope. I printed the label at the library for .15. I'm never going back to that location.

I rarely have any returns to do but when I do I always make sure to come here. The staff is friendly fast and always goes above and beyond. Not to mention the store is always kept nice and clean. Keep up the great work guys!

I come here 3 times a week and tbh...these women/girls are the best! I think the negative reviews are not that fair. The girl that lady that work there have ALWAYS BEEN so great. I believe it's all the UPS policies along with franchise policies that make it difficult for customers to appreciate what the employees do. They work so hard so please be patient, respectful, and appreciative of what they do. It's like what you have to do at your job. Love one another and try your hardest to be open minded to what they have to put up with. God bless y'all ;)
