My girlfriend and I had talked for a while about buying a home with friends and family so we thought we knew what to expect. In truth, we knew nothing and the process was a wild ride with many twists and turns. Cristina helped us navigate the entire process, beginning to end, with perfection. She was a tremendous asset as we navigated looking at homes, making offers, getting all the relevant documents signed, managing when inspections needed to happen, and eventually signing loan docs and making transfers. Every step of the way I had questions and she answered everything as if she had done it a million times. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home - especially if you're a first time home buyer like I was.

A friend recommended I contact Cristina Avila. I wanted to refinance and pull out some cash. I contacted her on the 8th of October, I gave her my goals and she came back with pricing and a plan of action. Fast forward to today, the 27th of October and my loan is fully funded!!! This was by far the easiest and quickest refinance I have ever done. I was blown away by how easy and quick she was and on top of it she was too. She always made sure to keep me in the loop. I'm so glad I listened to my friend and contacted Cristina! I'll make sure to refer all my friends and family to her, awesome experience! 10 stars!

Just finished my refinance with TRG Mortgage. Robert Rodriguez lll was awesome. He was communicative, set the expectations for closing and met them. Process went smoothly and would definitely use them again, ask for Robert and you won't be disappointed.

Buying a home can be very stressful...especially the first time! But Cristina Avila made the process very easy. Cristina was able to work with my very demanding loan restrictions to find me my perfect first home. She made the process easy by educating me on the process but most importantly she was always responsive, proactive and honest. I am VERY lucky to have had Cristina by my side during the purchase of my first home!
