“Charlie and Mike are the best! My family has been loyal customers, taking our Chrylser, Ford, Lexus and Mercedes Benz to them for over a decade. They have nearly a century of combined experience and do quality work no matter the car or job. Additionally for our Mercedes Benz, they truly know what they are doing, being sure to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. I know because we used to take our cars to Firestone and they not only failed to perform proper service on it, but forgot to disable the automatic break calibration system and broke several other components while replacing my breaks. If you want your car to last, and you want the job done right, don't mess around and trust the professionals at Charlie's auto tech!”

“I recently took my truck here for some maintenance and also to replace my suspension. Rob and his team took great care of me. I have recommended all my friends and family to go here as they are genuinely honest and pricing is very reasonable. It's difficult to find a shop to trust these days but this one definitely stands out.”

“I've been going here for years and I've highly recommended them to many people who also have had good experiences! They are very honest and fairly priced, and once even walked me through fixing a mechanical problem I had over the phone at no charge! :-D”

“Found them on Google and tried them out today for oil change, and I think I will definitely come back for other services in the future. Carlos was very friendly and just a kind hearted soul, he answered all my questions I had about my car and explained thoroughly so that I can understand in plain language. I didn’t see any unnecessary up charges during my visit, was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommendable for locals who don’t know too much about cars, they’re honest and professional!”

“They sent a tow truck to us and it took awhile to arrive. When the man checked under the hood with all his equipment and couldn't locate the problem via his attachments he then asked for the keys and inserted them repeatedly ( 6 times) into the door and then he started the engine up immediately. Who knew the kill switch was directly linked to the alarm? Sure made us believers. He apologized for our wait and we told him we heard there was a lil traffic jam on hilltop and L st due to an accident and not to worry. Just very professionally savvy and polite to apologize for his late arrival when it was beyond his control. Nice kid.”
