Don’t go here, it’s a scam, Tony charged me $1800 and didn’t fix anything, in fact, they destroyed my engine, I had to take Tony to court and report them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. If you read their yelp reviews you will see similar complaints.

Tony Santos and his mechanics had done the absolute WORST repair work to my 2008 vehicle that I've EVER had the nightmare misfortune to endure in my entire life over the span of 12 months from Aug 2022 through Aug 2023. Their inexcusable negligent and shoddy workmanship repeatedly over and over and over and over again forced me to get the Better Business Bureau of Auto Affairs involved. I had 3 transmission engine mounts replaced with shocks & struts in August 2022 and after the $1,752 paid repair, I was given my vehicle back with a missing broken gasket belt timing cover (that they broke and removed to do the work and yet never replaced); they left the shocks & struts dangerously loose with bolts and screws unscrewed and untightened rattling under the hood; the engine was flooding gasoline into the engine stalling multiple times after initially picking it up and driving it off of the lot on Aug. 23rd, 2022; the airbag sensor was disabled and the mechanical lifts used to lift my vehicle had left MAJOR damage indentation to the bottom of the frame of my vehicle, leaving major visible bumps to the interior of the floor of my car. The fact that I had experienced increased blood pressure, migraines, headaches and overall illness from the chronic stress of dealing with their antagonism, arguments, conflict, their constant unaccountability, disrespect, mistreatment and the blatant gaslighting by Montasia Jordan who has been a condescending, uncooperative, unhelpful, rude and entitled office manager who calls herself "the accountant" had applied more critical and judgmental attention into my personal/intimate family life (and she doesn't know me personally whatsover) calling me "trash" and speaking to me in a patronizing manner, scolding me like I am her 3-yr-old child rather than the older, mature middle-aged paid customer who had actually been deliberately dragged through the mud by this atrocious repair shop. Montasia Jordan, Tony's office manager, pays more attention to my personal 'private' business than to the management of her actual accounting database to find the multiple invoices under my name & vehicle that she couldn't find. My having to repeatedly communicate airing these unresolved and repeated issues with these people has been like returning to a traumatic crime scene ad nauseam and re-experiencing that trauma by their intentionally deflecting triggers for 12 months! These people are unscrupulous, untrustworthy, rude and do terrible workmanship. I do NOT recommend EVER going to this shop, if you do not want to have your peace of mind destroyed and your vehicle severely damaged. DON'T DO IT. Go somewhere else. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches. Period.

They sent a tow truck to us and it took awhile to arrive. When the man checked under the hood with all his equipment and couldn't locate the problem via his attachments he then asked for the keys and inserted them repeatedly ( 6 times) into the door and then he started the engine up immediately. Who knew the kill switch was directly linked to the alarm? Sure made us believers. He apologized for our wait and we told him we heard there was a lil traffic jam on hilltop and L st due to an accident and not to worry. Just very professionally savvy and polite to apologize for his late arrival when it was beyond his control. Nice kid.

I used to trust them to work on my car. They didn't do a simple litmus test to detect a blown head gasket and charged me $3000.00 for a part instead. A new engine was cheaper.

Tony ALWAYS does an awesome job! Don't take your car anywhere else. I've taken my BMW and as of recent my Jeep Cherokee. Not only does a great job, he guarantees EVERYTHING............and his prices are waaay less expensive than a dealer.

I'm in United States veteran and Tony has been my mechanic for years I trust him with all my vehicles to get serviced and worked on he is always been honest and upfront about what's wrong with the vehicle and I understand that some things cost more than others but the price it is to work on vehicles has still never changed it breaks the pocketbook but to have a good running car there's nothing like it my car got hit last September Tony gave me a rental car and had my car fixed the next week from my birthday trip Tuesday I think that man for all he has done life may be hard but it keeps his relationship with God and that's what keeps me coming back Thank you Tony for all you've done for me may God give your family peace and prosperity for all your years God bless you sir

Bought a used car there. Tony seemed honest and sincere. Not so much, the car wound up needing several thousand dollars of repairs after the purchase. It broke down 100 miles from home leaving me in the desert. It's a Volvo, he installed a Cadillac Air Mass Meter on it and to get it to pass smog his shop loosened up the hose clamp to it. I got towed home and a Volvo specialist diagnosed the problem, installed the correct part and I was on my way. I wish I could say that one item was it. They put good new spark plugs in but ones that were the wrong for Volvos. When the mechanic went to change them he found them hand tightened. I couldn't believe it, but there they were, washers not compressed, car ran better with the right plugs, tightened down. The problems go on. But I won't, too complicated. This is not a reputable shop. I can see he wouldn't have known for the plugs type, I researched the issue, they were top quality but had incompatibility over the years w.r.t. Volvos; okay, he didn't know, a Volvo specialist did, but to not tighten them? To substitute a used Cadillac part he must have had around for the expensive Volvo one and then jury-rig it to pass smog only to have my drive go into limp-home mode while I was on the 101 between LA and Nor Cal. And how the plugs were found is related to another issue - there wound up being a failed coil, when it was replaced it was discovered they were all about to fail, that's how the plugs were noticed - all discovered after the purchase. I was 100's of miles from home and my previous car had broken down, so, in the market, I took a prospective purchase to Tony's to be checked out and instead bought his "for sale Volvo", which after several thousand in repairs has been okay now. He sold me a "Lemon" of sorts when I was miles from home. But what made it a lemon was lack of mechanical ethics on the condition of the car. Don't buy a car from them, and don't expect to have qualified service done from what all was found on my car they serviced.
