Fabulous! Came here to shop for a birthday gift for a family member and was having a hard time picking out a size. The associate with blonde hair was able to look him up from his phone number and tell me exactly what size he usually orders since I told her he has an account. She also was incredibly helpful in assisting with an online order and was really patient and sweet. I wish I got her her name but thank you!

I purchased a Tommy Bahama sheath dress in Florida on March 10 th that I love. I was at Brea Mall on March 19 and saw the Tommy Bahama store. I liked the dress so much went in to see if they had it in any other color. I was less than 5 feet from the wrap desk where 3 employees were talking. There were no other customers in the store. I was never greeted when I walked in nor while I was so close to them for at least 5 minutes. I did find 2 dresses I would have bought if I had not been treated so rudely. I left saying nothing but went back and told them I would have made a purchase if they had not ignored me.

I love this place! There is always such a great variety of choices in their shirts, shorts, pants or whatever you're looking for. I chose a great looking Hawaiian style shirt for our trip to Hawaii!!!

Tommy Bahama in the Brea Mall is nice and convenient. The employees are very nice and helpful. They don't carry any tall items but they will order them online. For the holidays they had a very good selection of product for a relatively small store.

Really rude and unprofessional staff. They don't know their own return policies on defective merchandise. Went to the Mission Viejo store and had amazing service!

The absolute worst customer service. Staff in needs training in return practices. Last week they told me I needed to return both items and re-purchase the one to keep my coupon. This week when I brought both items back assistant manager Louis Asm told me they need to keep the product for 24 hours before they can do that. When I walked over to the rack and said well I'll just buy this one then, then he told me now my coupons gone I can't use it. I returned everything. He was SO rude and uncaring quoting company policy. Really??? I always get top-notch service in Newport Beach you guys suck in Brea.
