The selection of merchandise is decent, but the employees are very hesitant when it comes to adjusting the crane game prizes. It was almost like an inconvenience to them when I asked(one of them asked the other if they were even allowed to).
Some of the prizes are too large for the claw to grab and the claw does not go all the way to the edge. The claw is also very weak even after 6-7 dollars.

wish I could give negative stars. worse manager, rude customer service and when I complained they just gave the number to their store and claimed it was for complaints.

The store is nice and clean and have many products that you won’t see in other stores. I never had issues here but I want to say the girl at the register with glasses and brown hair is rude. I’m not sure if it’s discrimination or the way I look but she will greet the person in front of me and greet the person who was after me. I’m polite two workers and I’m not sure why she would single me out and choose to not give me the customer service she gives everyone else. Overall I left the store feeling bad about the experience.
