I got my shirts today and pants. The pants was exact size. But I don’t appreciate is how the collars are stretched, I don’t understand when there’s a new shirt on sale the collar is messed up. Do you people hanger your clothes. Or stretch them on purpose?

Don't buy anything here. I bought a gift card yesterday 2/13/23 and came back to return 2/14/23 and was told I could not return even though the girl on the 13th said I could. Bad customer service with bad attitudes. Idk the names of the girls that seemed to both abandon their work to tell me this but one is a redhead and one is blonde. Have a good day!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERToday I went to a tillys to just look around and spend some time with my girlfriend. When in the store during my checkout I accidentally clicked my Tack Deck over the blocker behind the register. The Tech Deck sadly fell down a hole behind the register (for wires), a spot the employees said was basically a home forever kind of spot. However Aiden was super helpful, she took my phone # and said she'd give me a call if it was found. Only about 2 hours later I received a call back! And she found it! She went through all the trouble of full unscrewing some sort of cabinet, practically taking apart the counter just to get what seemed like my "toy". It may seem that way but there's main brands just like most things, and it was indeed an expensive "toy". I'm very grateful for aiden's extra money fort and care! She deserve an awesome high five or even a chance for a raise because that was some amazing service!!!!!!!

Had a VERY uncomfortable experience at this location due to a lead/supervisor/manger of some kind. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I am very concerned about the treatment of customers who have certain "stereotypes" of people who steal. I've never ever had a problem like this at any kind of store in my life. I was looking around the store holding 4 items I wanted to try on( 2 less their their fitting room max.) and the blonde manager/supervisor of some kind was following me around, and she asked me 3 times if I wanted a fitting room in the span of 5-10 minutes. When I said no the 3rd time she asked me, she asked another two times before she walked away if I was sure and I said no again. Definitely not normal. I prefer to hold my items walking around so I can find other items to go with it, but she made me feel VERY uncomfortable since she wouldn't leave me alone, and she very obviously thought I was going to steal the items

Very bizarre experience today. This was our first visit to this particular store. We entered and were immediately greeted by the associates standing near the door. The blonde gal was very nice and directed us to the kids section. We got a few things and headed to register. We were the only people in line. The guy at the register finished up the person at the register and then stands there looking over at the others. He's trying to get someone on the headset. This seems to have gone on FOREVER. At no time did he acknowledge the four of us directly in front of him at ALL. He suddenly walks off and says someone is coming. Was he raised by wolves? Who doesn't acknowledge FOUR people standing directly in front of you waiting for assistance? Not a "hi, it will be just a minute" or "hi, someone will be with your shortly" or even "hi." UNREAL. Another guy with the black nail polish comes over and rings us up. He seems very happy to work there...(sarcasm)

Went to buy sunglasses and found 2 pairs I loved, one pair was in a glass case. I waited for awhile then got an employees attention and asked if I could see the glasses. She informed me she was off but she'd radio for someone to help. I waited over 10 mins and no one came to help me. Instead, 3 different employees saw me waiting (even making eye contact with me) and didn't even stop. I left all of my items, horrible service.

Horrible customer service!! I ordered online for pick up. Waited a few hours went to the store, only after I received my email and text that my order was ready. There was like 10 orders to look through and 3 people could find my order. Only after calling the manager (who is the worst part of my experience so much attitude for no reason) did they find my order. All three were looking under wrong name and not once did anyone apologize or even acknowledge they were at fault.L ast time at the location for me! The manager is the worst!!!!

Cute clothes but HORRIBLE customer service! So many people that I know have refused this location due to bad service but I've given them multiple chances and Tilly's has proved those people right. No one is around to help, employees chatting it ignoring customers, rude people at the cashiers. There are other stores to shop at besides Tilly's.

I was shopping with my daughter at the Brea location, it was 7:59 and we were inside the store, my daughter ask Liz to try on some clothes she was interested, Liz said they already closed and she can’t try on any clothing.Normally all stores have a policy that if a customer is inside the store they will sell the products, the store wasn’t busy at all only other customer and she refused to to do her job because it was closing time, she need to be trained in customer service or quit and get another job in a different field.

Very judgmental of customers who have been vaccinated. Forced to wear a mask or told to leave store even though Mask mandate has been lifted.
