Went to this location several times, service is great. Store is very clean.Some times they do not accept deals (not sure why).Their drinks are the best, in door seating is best for short meetings. Plenty of parking otherwise drive through is good too. Iced blended hazelnut latte is their best.

I went through the drive-thru to order 10 coffees for an office and was told I had to go inside and that they would not take my order. So then I waited in line for awhile behind 2 other cars before I could get out. Meanwhile this rude employee could’ve taken my order and started on the coffees. I have never had this experience at Starbucks and coffee bean wasn’t my choice, it was my customers pick. I will never return here. I drove to the Lambert location and they told me that is not their policy to deny service based on the amount of coffees!

45 mins and counting - super slow today - it appears they are putting all resource to the drive up - usually, i walk in , but today, i should have kept driving to the next coffee shop after i asked about the order (& pointed out the time stamp), he said that he would give me a refund, but he gave me my order too thanks and i'll come back

Their breakfast menu is huge and delicious. I tried the chorizo, egg, potato, and cheese burrito with chalula sauce. It was filling and the eggs were soft. I also always get the green tea Frappuccino. It's been a while since I've gotten blended drinks but this green tea frap is a must try. It's much more matcha than Starbucks and it tastes more authentic as well. Not overly sweet.

We waited 30 mins in the drive thru after we placed our order and when we got to the window the guy working there still gave us an attitude when we questioned him why the long wait. Will never go back to this location.

The stocky guy with the goatee should not work in a customer service setting. He was extremely rude. I don’t understand why he wants to work there if he is that unhappy.

The coffee was good and the lady at the counter was very nice. The reason for the two stars is the heavy set man in a beanie who handed me my drinks gave me a dirty look and didn't respond when I said thank you, happy holidays. I don't know if he was in a bad mood or what but that seemed very rude. I'm gonna go to Starbucks where the employees are kind.

I want to recognize Zach for being the best! Coffee bean had a thousand people in line, I'm guessing because of the brea lights and he was so pleasant offered me different options on what to order, greeted me, smiled and was just super super attentive. Starbucks could never!! Please please recognize this guy, he really makes such a big difference. Zach you are a rockstar

I went in tonight before they closed the lobby and Raul gave such amazing service. Not only was he very patient but he created the perfect drink. I'm very picky but he was so helpful and knowledgeable of the drinks on the menu. He is such an expert. He created the chai tea latte with oat milk, 3 pumps of vanilla, AND SPRINKLED WITH CINNAMON! Thanks Raul
